INTRODUCTION
Strategic management may be define as the process of formulating the excellent
strategies which not only helps in supporting the over all growth of the organisation but also
help in improving the sustainability of the company in the market for a long period of
time(Deng, and et.al., 2020). The following report is based on the “I company”. This report is
going to cover the strategic formulation of the organisation and the results which are made
through simulation game in relation to the respective company. This report is also going to
discuss on the opening strategy of the company by using several theories along with this the key
strategic decisions has also been covered. Afterwords this report covers the summarisation of 3
years finding and reflective judgement of whole report. In the project the summary of three years
reports has been summarised in a very detailed manner. In relation to the I company, the whole
project is going to indicate the different achievements which are attained by the chosen company
during their different business operations. A discussion has also being done on the key strategic
decisions of the company along with this, the strategic decision which are diverted by the
company has also been covered under this report. This is being considered as the most important
functions as this helps in making right strategic decisions for the company for all the departments
of the companies. For completing the entire project, reflections has also being made on the
learnings. In addition to this , this report also covers the different skills, knowledge and ability to
which are going to b required to finish this project.

This business report is basically summarise projections of various strategic decisions
which is associated with the result of 26% of the market share. These decisions not only help the
company in maximizing the growth of the company but also help in developing various benefits
and opportunities for the business (García-Muiña, and et.al., 2020) . Different types of models
has been followed by the company in order to determine an appropriate decision and strategy
which help in over all development of the company in a very effective manner. The first strategic
decision which are going to pursue by the company is competitive pricing strategy.

SWOT ANALYSIS
SWOT analysis is being considered as the most important tool and strategy which are
used by the company in order to identified the Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threat.
This tool helps the company in developing the strategies which is being considered as very
crucial for them. In context to the I company SWOT analysis has been discussed below:-
Strengths:-
It has been found that the resource management of the company as clinical with the
organisation because almost 28 employees has been hold by them(Sun, and et.al., 2019).
The sustainability of employees and high retention rates of the employees is also being
considered as a strength for the company.
The modern practices which are develops and applied by the marketing department of
the company helps them to enjoy the competitive advantage over other. Due to this
company almost holds 26 % of the total market shares of the country.
Around 70000 direct sales channel, 93000 retail outlets, 282000 web retail outlets and
182000 big outlets has been found. With then help of all these channels company easily
covers all the areas which help the company in achieving all the set objectives and goals
in a very effective manner.
Weaknesses:-
One of the most important challenge which are faced by the company is the availability
of fund. Due to this weakness the organisation is not able to operate their different
business functions in a very effective manner.
Innovation is also being considered as a weaknesses for the company because they are
not able to adopt the new technology and innovation with in the company. Due to this,
the company is not able to evolve their products and strategies which result in
ineffective growth of the company(Matyrko, 2017).
The pricing strategy which have been adopt by the company is not suitable according to
the organisational strategy. Due to this strategy company is not able to enjoy the
competitive advantage which affects the different operations of the business.

The most important opportunity which are available in front of the company is expansion
of the business in the new areas.
Use of different marketing technologies like digital marketing and social media
marketing helps the company not only in increasing the customers base for the company
but also helps in increasing the profitability of the company (Vintilă,and et. al., 2017) .
The bond of the company with other gaming devices and stakeholders help the company
in attaining the competitive advantage over other.
Threat :-
One of the biggest threat which are faced by the company is that they are not operate
their business functions in the international market.
Along with this, the immense competition available in the market is also being as the
most important threat for the company(Ferrer, and et. al., 2019).
No new products and services has been launched by the company due to which the
stability of the company in market going down and down.
PORTER FIVE FORCES
The forces of this model totally related to the power and determinant which not only help
the company in enjoying the competitive advantage but also help them in analysing the different
market trends in a very effective manner(Campos Royo,2018) . Different forces have been
included in this model which help the company in performing their functions in a very effective
manner.
Competition in industry (High): in the target market of the respective company the immense
competition has been found. As the organisation is attracted towards the growth and demand of
the different goods and services the stakeholders of the company is going to attract towards the
organisation. In relation to the I company, this force has been found as high and the impact of
this force has been scene on the growth and performance of the company.
Power of supplier (High): In relation to the I company, the different activities and operations of
the company has also being affected by this factor. Basically suppliers of the company are being
considered as the stakeholder of the company who supplies the raw material for the company.
Thus the bargaining power of the supplier is also affect the growth of the business.

Power of customer (High): the first and the foremost motive of the business is to satisfy the
need and demand of the customer in a very effective manner. The decisions and strategies which
are developed by the company has been developed on the basis of target market areas. Increase
in the customer base directly affect the growth and profitability of the business.
Threat of substitute products (High): As the company is facing high competition in the market
so this result in availability of the substitute products at a very high rate. Different types of
companies has performing same types of business functions within the same industry.
PEST Analysis
this tool has been considered as the most important tool which help the company in
analysing the different external factor in a very effective manner which directly affect the
different business operations(Srdjevic, Bajcetic, and Srdjevic, 2019) .
Political factor: as the government of the UK is highly stable which helps the business in
performing their different business operations in a very effective manner and also help in
growing the business in the target market. Organisations don;t have to change their policies and
programme on regular basis. So this is being considered as as positive factor for the I company.
Economic factor: As the GDP and the economic condition of the UK is very high due to which
the purchasing power of the consumer is also very high. In relation to the I company, High
purchasing power result in high demand of the goods and services (Ming ,and et. al., 2017) .
Social factor: the different products and services which are offered by the I company to the
members of the UK helps the company in attaining growth in the market. This factor impact high
on the growth and development of the company.
Technological factor: as in the business environment of the UK high amount of technology has
been used by the different companies. In relation to the I Company, technological factor play a
very crucial role.
Summary of 3 year finding
As by analysing the performance of the last three years through Green Spokes has been
seen good. their is been seen a major improvement in all that time span. While comparing all the
previous three years there is majorly been seen that it seems to be progressive for that three year
time period in which that business venture is managed as there is been taken about 27% of total
market shares through which the increments is managed(Anthony, and et.al., 2018). Along with

this is through the increase in the sales which is competitively exceeded to 614718. all such led
to outgrow and provide effective growth pf the company. Their is also introduction of new model
in Y8Q1 by the management in order to attract the customers and there is also framed the
launching of the super bike which there by decreased the general sale of the organisation. While
comparing to the records their were seen that that sale of the organisation was for about
approximately 569463 which by the end of the time is 470187. through this new model bicycle
there is given the invention of the electrical bikes which will have no requirements of petrols and
will save money in future. So for now organisation is trying to make all the effective working on
the new model so as to launch it in future.
Reflection
Description of experience:
As while managing and being a part of this project I gain a depth knowledge I also opt
the learning and development which helped me to enhance my knowledge about the strategic
models and tools. All such factors made me to outgrow and effectively maintain all the better
understanding with the competitive factors and their general methods and working. Through this
assignment I grasp a major working patterns and the methods through which all the strategies
and the applied variable areas are incorporated through which all the form of growth and the
strategic factors are aligned. I through all such factors and this assignment generated different
skills which are like research skill, presentation, communication, decision making and a lot more
other skills which will helps in attaining the future career growth and advancement. I gained the
utter knowledge and analysed that it is merely serves to be important that all the individuals
should manage and maintain all the strength and the weakness. For enhancing the skills and they
behavioural knowledge their is been seen that several abilities are being seen and this entire
project helped me to eventually gain a better learning experience through which I will develop in
my future career.
Exploring Experience
Through this project I has gained so much of vast experience which is most important
and crucial in all the areas and the learning aspects and opportunities. I also grabbed so many6
depth knowledge and the skills which made me more confident and motivated for all the future
program and learning they are like work management, time management, decision making,
problem solving and many more. All such skills helped me to gain and manage all the overall

All this experience has made me to revolve and maintain all the skills to be developed further
and all such studies managed and made me to gain better understanding. In this project I was in
so much research work through which I came to know about all the knowledge of the work and
also about the efficiency and the skills which are required to be managed. This project also given
me the better understanding about all the market situations and how to analyse and deal with all
the major applicabilities. This report also made me to know about all the evaluation and this
contemplated e top know all the future aspects and the issues which are being addressed in the
future growth and programs. While completing this project I gained the knowledge to enhance
the deep skill and this also made me to know about the further analysis and the nature of the
effective market situations.. I gained the market value an the ways through which the enforceable
of laws can be administered.
Analysis and interpret the experience
Through this journey of the project I gained the details experience and has faced major
challenges through which my inner capabilities were restructured. I was not been that skill in so
many things about through all such methods and the ways their implies to have different factors
and the knowledge through which all the research and the conduction of the skills are being
managed. I gained some depth knowledge regarding so many factors which are like the
communication, decision making, analytical ability and many more. Further their was also been
seen that their are so many issues ans the negative aspects which were been realised by me as I
am required to manage and develop certain skills like the innovation, management and many
more. Their were a lot of challenges I has addressed in this journey and all this managed and
made me to know about the professional conducts. This project will further help me and guide
me in future as this enhanced my thinking capability and also made me more efficient to know
about the organisation working and the effective management. I gained a positive attitude in my
behaviours and there is also seen that I can now eventually imply to maintain the confidence.
Thus, all this assignment helped me know and manage all the work to be done properly and also
to manage future strategies in which the outcomes and the growth are being aligned.
Form alternative / hypothesis
The major hypotheses which are been made by me for completion of this project is
considered to have all the effective elements which are needed in the business influence and also

goals and the working is managed. I have a confidence that I have some major skills through

seen that individuals learning plays an important role and this build a sense of confidence in my
behaviour and also helped me to maintain the individual clearing. Through this project I gained
the strength to manage the self study and also to tackle all the major issues. All the major areas
and the hypotheses which are being reframed by me in the initial stage of the project came out to
be useful and that all were regained and helped me to manage my business in an effective
manner. This implied to give me all the nature and then working to be done through the
hypotheses and am now able to assess all the situation in proper manner.

From this above report it can be concluded that there are different macro and the micro

managing the strategic growth and the development. The simulation game play an important role
as it helps in directing a business venture with all the major strategies. Their is been seen that the
Green Spokes are being facing the decline in all the corporate sales. In order to manage and
provide the growth they had made and applied new applicability through which the development
of the new bicycle is innovated. The new bike will reframe and help in maintaining the revenue
and also to attract the customers in the regular market areas. Further it is also analysed that all
such skills helps in effectively applying and maintain the creative thinking and the other
conducts which are needed to be managed.
