INTRODUCTION
The reflective commentary refers to the demonstration of own ability, reflect on the
experience of individual practices. Sometimes, it is critically analyse and make sense of that
experience informed by psychological theory etc. This report is mainly covered three topic such
as networking, teamwork skills and managing stress. These are three different areas whereas
needs to be gained more knowledge. It will discuss about the key idea, theories, strategies and
criticism which become applicable in the different areas. Furthermore, it will reflect on the
overall performance on the basis of informal as well as formal presentation and also identify the
attitude or behaviour of human towards different areas. Analysis on different areas that will go to
reflect on and then provide a reflective plan. Moreover, it is also demonstrating the ability to
reflect on the practice in relation with three areas such as networking, managing stress and team
work skills.
Analysis of gained knowledge
Networking
During OSHE Classes, I have learn about the concept of networking areas. it is becoming
consider as vast areas in which interaction of two or more computers. These are established a
link in order to share resources through printers, CDs, exchange files etc. I have been analysed
that understand the importance of networking because it allow users to establish a connection
between one or two nodes. In order to share information from one device to another.
I learned that there are different kind of platform that supports for establishing a
connection between one or more people. At classes, I have been improved personal experience
and learn about networking (Luo, Pan and Zhu, 2017). I have been used the social media tool or
platform by using desktop, pc, smart phone. According to me, it is very valuable resource for
networking, it allows for me to connect with people and also displays a more detailed about
account. It may able to select the best option and then establish a connection with other people. I
have seen the importance of different networking platform that help for searching a lot of
information regarding academic, business and job requirements. . Sometimes, I have realised that
OSHE classes helpful for me to enhance and gain more knowledge. At certain point, I have been
established a coordination and interact with desktop, consisting of hardware, keyboard, display,
mouse and laptop.
