Introduction
Reflection plays an important role in the personal and professional development of a
person and it also help in continuously identifying personal skills and abilities along with the
areas of strengths and weaknesses. This help in self evaluation of personal capabilities so that
effective actions can be taken which can help in making improvements in the weak areas so that
overall performance can be improved and person can develop as a learner. It is therefore
important that reflection is produced by a person continuously which can help in continuous
growth and development. In this report a reflection is produced which can help in self assessment
so that challenges can be dealt with in an efficient manner along with identifying the threats and
opportunities that are available so that effective development can take place.
Main Body
While completing my course I attended various workshops so that I can develop a variety
of my skills like critical thinking, presentation skills, reading and writing skills, critical thinking,
time management, team working ability, problem solving, research skills, academic writing and
integrity etc. so that I can develop as an effective learner which can help me in understanding the
course efficiently. All the skills which I acquired during the sessions has helped me in building
my strengths so that I can become an effective learner which can help me in developing a career
that can help me in becoming successful in the future. These skills can also help me in
understanding the concepts in an efficient manner along with enhancing my critical thinking
ability and problem solving skills which can help me in being more confident and competitive in
market. Further during the semester I also identified certain of my weaknesses which need to be
developed so that i can become more efficient and effective as a learner and continuously evolve
and score good marks in the semester. I received feedbacks from my tutors during the semester
which I took seriously and paid attention on them so that effective improvement can be made
which can help me in being a better learner in the future sessions. The feedbacks that were
provided to me has helped me in being a better learner by identifying my weak areas where
improvements can be made so that I can become better in the class. Apart from improving
various skills the workshops also helped me in my personal and professional development which
can help me in being successful in my career so that I can become happy and satisfied. During
