Proper communication channel will be maintained with the employees and the customers. For the customers feedback system willbe introduced and for the employees there would be sessions where they will be encouraged to improve their communication Channel. The current communication process and channel will be analysed and its shortcomings will be identified, after the identification is done, appropriate communication methods like, oral or written form of communication will be used based on the demand of the task and situation. Team work*... that contributes to productive working relationships and outcomesA single individual cannot do alltypes of tasks effectively, so there is a need that employees work in a team to do the tasks effectively without wasting much time. The employees will be taught the benefits of team work so that they know that for effective task deliverywithin a particular time frame team work is very important. For the next8 weeks whenever they will be given tasks, it will be team task so that they can to work in teams. The teams of the employees will notbe fixed there will be a team rotation so that the employees can adapt to any other team and hence they can work with any employee ofthe organization.

Problem solving *... that contributes to productive outcomesIn difficult situations, there should be employees that are good at solving problems, this skills helps people not to panic or get stressed whenever there issome kind or problem (DeVito 2015). The problem solving skills will be enhanced by conducting sessions . Employees will given simulation tests or can be said training where they willhave deal with different problems, their problem solving skills will be assessed and later they will be trained so that they learn to face the common challenges in an organization.Initiative and enterprise *... that contribute to innovative outcomesEvery organization should promote and encourage their employees to give innovative ideas. Employees will be encouraged to givetheir ideas on every tasks. A meeting will be conducted with the employees before every tasks and their suggestions and ideas will be entertained and the employee with best ideas will be awarded. Planning and Organising*... that contributes to long and short term strategic planningIt is very difficult to seek efficiency in the tasks and activities without proper planning and organizing of tasks(Grol, Ouwens and Wollersheim 2013). Before all the tasks and activities, aplan will be made and it will be organized accordingly. Strategies will be implemented for the future of the organization, forecasting will be done. Self-ManagementSelf management will ensure that all the employees manage their tasks and time themselves if they do so the upper and the middle management will not much interfere in the minor activities of the employees. Employees will be given opportunity to manage their tasks and take minor decisions; this will help in their employee satisfaction and growth. Employees will be given training toeffectively self manage themselves.... that contributes to employee satisfaction and growthLearningLearning is a process that never stops and individuals learn new things with time and experience, the employees should always have the desire to learn more this will help the to grow (Arends 2014).
