HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY? (500 words)
Employability skills are basically termed as those capabilities knowledge with the help of which students can a sure attractive employment opportunity in
future. In addition to this it has been identified that it is essential for each and every student to emphasize on developing skills knowledge and capabilities in
their education level, as these skills effectively help them to be more competitive from others. Employability skills significantly assist students to enhance
their competitiveness in any individual segments. It is essential for Universities to encourage understanding of various employability skills. Present course
has been undertaken in order to develop students to gain future employment opportunity. With the help of this report learners can actually understand the
importance of employability skills which is essential in enhancing skill development capabilities in this module. There are mainly 10 forms of different
artefacts associated to employability skills development of students. It this my opinion understanding as well as knowledge has been communicated. At first
artefacts significant discussion related to note taking is being conducted which is playing essential role in class, as it has been underlined that note taking
practice effectively assist in overcoming pressure. In terms with second participate personal SWOT analysis is being discussed. While in terms third artefacts
personal development commonly termed as PDP has been duly developed by me. It is basically an efficient framework that allowed me to determine my
strength as well as capabilities through which I can get an opportunity to accomplish my job role in effective manner. Demonstration of skills has been
summarised through reading of two blogs with the help of this I can enhance my effectiveness of my professional as well as academic life cycle. It has been
identified by me that BNU E library is having a significant impact on student learning journal that significantly offers wide range of reading materials free of
cost that will significantly facilitate students to broaden their knowledge in various form of dimension. In addition to this to gain employment opportunity job
description and job advertisement along with person specification has been mentioned in this module. It includes different skills roles and responsibilities
which is associated with different organisations and company’s requirement. It has been evaluated by me that with the proper knowledge of job hunting
resources individual can effectively gain Employment opportunity and can effectively apply for the same this module significant discussion and associated to
hunting resources is being done that will help in identifying different job vacancies in various company according to own skill and capabilities. In order to
significantly prepare the blogs which is included in this module proper research has been conducted by me associated to future market. This significantly
assisted me to possess efficient knowledge related to future job market along with the manner in which I can effectively prepare myself in order to make
myself in order to take that job in market. Thus according to the analysis it has been significantly identified by me that with the help of all these 10 artefacts
that has been enclosed significantly help me to develop my employability skills.
