INTRODUCTION
The time a person attends any lecture or acquires certain classes it results into
improvement of his existing knowledge and also develops different skills related to academics
(Albrecht, Moscardo and Dwyer, 2021). By application of such process an individual gets
various opportunities to have better job in a required field or area along with a strength to face
upcoming challenges. This also results in getting success in future endeavour. The present report
concerns about a reflection of an individual as how he develops being a learner. Further the
report also comprises of some approach that he can adopt for meeting upcoming challenges
opportunities in order to be a successful individual.

Explain how you have developed as a learner during this module, giving examples from your
experience on the module.
In the world of tough competition to achieve a success it is very important for an
individual to enhance his existing skills in continuous way. The time when a person adopts some
learning lectures in a specific field it then assists in developing his abilities towards learning
along with improvement in existing knowledge (Heard and Peltier, 2021). Being a learner I have
acquired some classes in a renowned institution of United Kingdom. In this university I have
acquired a graduation course in the field of creativity and knowledge. The institute considers
communication skill as its essential element which plays a very important role. A teacher in this
case focuses on enhancing students speaking as well as learning skills in their candidates.
Teachers focuses more on theoretical part for general pupil along with certain course in
professional communication. The teachers also pays focus on explaining certain mechanics that
are associated with official and public speaking. Therefore by taking this course has helped me in
knowing the role and importance of communication and speaking in context to my real life. The
course teaches about the behaviour and attitude which a person needs to carry in different
circumstances with others. The educators has organised some activities to upgrade skills of
communications in students. For instance- developing a scenario giving real life touch to it

within an organisation along with allocation of certain roles to every learner under which each
one is required to behave professionally as a worker, which assists me in developing
communication skills more effectively.
Such kind of activities in a group seems to have very positive and effective impact on the
learning abilities of me as well as other students. Other than focusing on enhancing my
communication skills I have also made efforts on enhancing my writing skills. The teachers
provided different lessons for improving writing skills by having focus towards grammar and
error less sentences. The teachers quote various basics about writing skill which are very crucial
in order to make a correct sentence. Things like use of capital letters, grammar, punctuations,
apostrophes, verbs, tenses, etc. are mentioned by them. In adding to this I have got a knowledge
regarding tenses and its three forms that is Present tense, Past Tense and Future Tense which
helps me in formulating right sentences along with an development in reading and writing skills.

After attaining foundation degree from university I was able to gather numerous learning
related to personal as well as professional knowledge. Some skills like technological,
communication, flexibility, ethics, creativity, determination and many others were in the
category of personal skills (Jackson, Mawson and Bodnar, 2021) . On the other hand under
pressure working condition, leadership, problem solving, decision making, etc. comes under the
category of professional skills. Learning of these skills helps me in getting a job in bigger
company along with handling various operations in appropriate manner. This kind of skills
develops various abilities like creativity in work which can bring best results with effectiveness
in outcomes (Jallov, 2021). Skills like leadership and management adds in facing upcoming
challenges along with ability to handle various circumstances appropriately. For instance- there
is a requirement in having some changes or modifications in operations of company in order to
enhance productivity and profitability then with the application of leadership and managerial
skills I can bring effective change for the organisation and can encourage my team members to
work upon such changes. I will be very much comfortable in explaining advantages and
disadvantages of those changes which will help me in achieving business objectives.
Other than this, the personal skill which I have attained during my foundation course
helped me in having more flexibility at work place. The educators have also taught about

significance of ethical behaviour in reality as well as in corporate life. By this procedure I am
able to attain higher position in company and got an opportunity to lead my team for the
attainment of objective. There were some group tasks which we are required to do that results in
enhancing my decision making skills. I learnt various approaches for a leader and a manger that
is required in an organisation to achieve success.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that it is very necessary for each individual to
develop and enhance his existing personal as well as professional skills that is communication,
speaking and writing. In order to improve them it is required to have proper classes and learning
for a continuous improvement. This learning aids one's life in having bright and successful career
in professional life. This also helps in developing personal skills which are existing but needs
polish. With the help of such kind of skills one can attain higher job position and greater
remuneration to have successful life.
