The organisations have employees and they will help them in increasing the performance.
They have to maintain long term relationship with employees to help them perform in the
organisation. The employees should have communication skill and they should make strategies
to help the organisation. Reflection is basic for making the strategies and the information that is
expanded. It is a process of redesigning the improvement of performance of the employees
(Reynolds, 2017). This is a process of evaluating and includes assessment and appraisal to
improve learning. This is depicted it as a pattern of increasing the productivity of the
organisation. It engages the expert to improve performance of the organisation. The report
includes success, knowledge and creativity, the communication skills for academics, individual
performance and the behaviour of the organisation.

The reflection on my strength and weakness in acting in the organisation. As an
individual the most important factor understands the behaviour of employees in the organisation
and is correspondence since this will help individuals improving the performance. Individuals

characteristics are that I disclose things to other people and this helps me in keep up great
confidence through eye contacts. This is a good quality because this helps me in looking at
without flinching of an individual that I talk with and it causes me in building the certainty and
sureness and expands trusts and maintains long term relationship with employees (Baldwin,

helps in understanding the needs. Individuals need to focus that it is difficult for a person to keep
