INTRODUCTION
Reflective learning is a type of educational and learning primarily reflects on learning
opportunities. Reflective cognitive perspective thus applies to us as a deliberate and also a
dynamic mechanism that describes the role of experience and the cultural consequences. It is one
of the most important opportunities for learners to stand away from acquiring experience, help
them think critically and enhance future success by evaluating what they have experienced. It
can be successful for a person for becoming an effective student by thinking objectively about
his own thoughts. For comparative test, Driscoll's reflective cycle is used since it has evolved
into a systematic method to direct and even analyse reflection.
MAIN BODY
The present reflection refers to individual success, knowledge and actions in the educational
field. In this sense, the key objective of an individual is to analyse knowledge and also learning
experiences with unique activities as well as tasks. I am a candidate and I have established
successful learners during the project activities relevant to the endeavour. Under such a, I
protected a total of 6 weeks of training that I had in my course. Through this support, my key
emphasis is on discovering my vulnerabilities as well as the attributes that help me grow or
groom my character. In this respect, Driscoll's Model of Reflection (1994) is a stronger paradigm
that allows me to analyse both maximum success and experience in the PSKC Module.
Step 1: What?
This section primarily includes the key elements of RM unify and the various attributes of the
Bunks Graduate which have been addressed by the instructor. In this respect, my performance
was stronger as I was tested for the various strengths and shortcomings of the business module
and the basic tasks of the project. This covers the various abilities, improved comprehension and
even the attributes that students need to improve through the learning process. As learners, my
key emphasis is on developing as well as increasing productivity and skills so which I can carry
out project-related tasks in a simple or reliable manner. Both construction specific operations are
primarily carried out in the first week. Linked to this I have to realise that awareness is mainly
formed as a result of the conversion of interactions that learners mostly reflect, behave and think
again. In the background of this week, managing the RM is basically unifying as well as looking
for credible and relevant sources that are delegated to me. This category of process consists of

issues related to technical skills and digital literacy, which are necessary for people to pursue
career growth. Other than this, citing references, academic reading skills and Harvard types of
reference are essential to me in the execution of all my duties and functions included with the
module.
Step 2: So what?
Over the process of studying, I was glad to be part of the project and it gives me the strengths to
be. With this support, I can boost job development and improve my educational experience. In
this course, I built my knowledge base of technical skills, reading skills and media skills. In
order to achieve this I can recognise my shortcomings as my experience is not great and can have
a negative effect on presenting skills. Due to various these I was presented with the challenges of
expressing points of view around others. At the group meeting, I analysed that I have good
writing, as I did at conferences and meetings. Other than that, I'm good at reading skills that help
me develop my career at a higher level. When it comes to sources and quotations, I'm less sure
because often I've been faced with an inability to locate reliable and authentic sources. On the
other side, I have the experience to use the Harvard referring style in a particular field. During
the process of attending the course, I was evaluated to see that my analytical and analysis
abilities are stronger that will support me in the in-depth analysis to draw a clear inference to be
competitive. In order to achieve success in my profession, it is necessary for me to focus on my
vulnerabilities and also to turn them into strengths. It can be useful in improving the degree of
trust in the expression of my views on the determined based area.
Step 3: Now what?
This reflection is good for me as it helps me to develop my learning habits and make me a brings
benefits who is able to learn more things and to learn anything better and fresh. In this course, I
have learned various skills and things that allow me to accomplish future goals. At this point, I
have examined the negative challenges as well as the areas that I may analyze. Other than that, I
focused on my shortcomings and I converted them into advantages. I have been met with certain
negative attributes or shortcomings, such as lack of IT knowledge, poor presenting skills and the
recognition of authentic reference sources. They all have a negative effect on future prospects as
well as on schooling. I'm working on developing IT awareness by reading books, and I've even
attended seminars. Via this I will make a stronger display, which comprises of the basic
requirements that I have in front of others. It can be helpful in improving my degree of trust

when expressing my point of view in a specific field. By enhancing my communication skills, I
can quickly affect others and exchange information with others.
CONCLUSION
It can be inferred from the relation to the reflections that I discovered the various things during
the completion of the course. I have been able to develop my knowledge, comprehension and
abilities in the particular subject area. Driscoll's paradigm of contemplation has been used as one
of the most powerful methods to better define or enhance learning experience within a particular
project. Better leadership qualities have been used, so that I can connect with people in a simple
way as well as provide them with knowledge.
