INTRODUCTION
MAIN BODY
A) TASK 1
Group Presentation, is said to be one of the important element that I have continuously
learnt while getting education in the university. Basically, my lecturers has made me and other
students understand that how group presentation could help in looking into other's perspective
towards a particular task or aim (Cook-Sather, Abbot and Felten, 2019). I have improvised this
skill through developing number of presentations among different groups for various subjects.
This is where my team working skill got improvised.
Another important topic that I have learnt about is SWOT Analysis and this is specifically
be done through gaining knowledge from lecturers, books and from online educational resources
as well. This has specifically helped me out in looking into my own, a group's, organisational
strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Along with this, this has been taken into

weak points, opportunities, treats from others and strengths as these directly help in taking right
decisions for the betterment of the future. Here, my research skill has got improvised in specified
time frame.
CV Writing, this is another topic on which I have gained knowledge because, in near
future, I will be giving interview among various organisations based on my own interest. On the
other hand, it is also said that I have learnt this through practising on how I could effectively
manage to develop a perfect CV where I considered the information given by me lecturers and I
have also taken into consideration of various educational books and so on (de la Croix and Veen,
2018). Here, my verbal and non-verbal communication skills got improvised and I am also
continuously making improvements among these through performing the practise regularly.
Data Interpretation, is said to another topic that has been taken into consideration by my
own, and this has been done through conducting the research on different topics that has been
given by my teachers and lecturers as well of the University. Here, I have done practising after
developing questionnaire and surveys where respondents has given information in regards to the

chosen topic. This has helped me in becoming much more intellectual in nature and helping me
out in hitting my own targets.
This could be understood with a good example where, SWOT analysis in regards to very
complex for me to understand and apply on organisations as I constantly failed in analysing the
impact which these factors had on the companies. Henceforth, regardless of a few difficulties,
the general module had been very advancing in context of guaranteeing my improvement as a
student. Moreover, improving my effectiveness in such a large number of perspectives helped
me in growing my mindset, which had been basic for future improvement (Lampert-Shepel and
Murphy, 2019).
B) TASK 2
If it is talked about my own future challenges and expectations, then there are number of
areas in which I am weak and in some, I am strong enough to gain the knowledge while learning
within the university (Ramsey, 2018). Basically, for becoming successful in near future what I
expecting from myself to become effective among all the skills that has been discussed above
like research skills, team working, reference citation, verbal and non-verbal communication, and
how to avoid plagiarism. As these will directly help me out in becoming successful and much
more efficient at both the places (University and Workstation where I am studying and working)
in near future.
On the other side, what my University expects from me is that I should attend every
single lecture, be punctual and perform all the learning tasks with discipline, as these will help
me out in boosting up my capabilities and skills that I am already having and the skills, that I will
be learning in next few years. Along with this, at the moment what my University is expecting
from me is to become successful among different key areas and on the skills as well like team
work, research skills, verbal and non-verbal communication, reference citation as this will help
me in getting good grades on the course that I am pursuing (at University).
CONCLUSION
With the help of above mentioned report, it is being concluded that for an individual it is
required to continuously develop skills like team working, research, effectual verbal and non-
verbal communication and reference citation. As these will directly aid the person to become
