Numerous strategies have been adopted by Amazon for its development and growth
so that it can make the production of its products and services all over the world and
leads to earning a high level of profits. It made to achieve the market share so that it
can have its stake in the home country as well as outside the geographical areas.
The market survey has been done to identify the basic needs of the customers so
that it can make the production of relevant products and services as per the needs of
the customers. In my opinion, conducting the survey is time-consuming and a costly
process so that organisation needs to generate feedback from the customers so that
it can make the production of products at those places where the requirements exist
and customers can have gratification. This will also make the organisation make
innovations in the products and services of the organisation.
The organisation was more indulges in marketing its products online so that it can
make the production of its products online so that it can have more and more
customers in the organisation. In my words, it should make the production and
specification of products available to the customers so that they can analyse the
needs of the customers and make the production of production of products with
those features that are expected by the customers. This will make the customers
make their suggestion and feedbacks to the organisation that is beneficial for the
employees so that it can make the increase in the communication level among the
employees and customers. To improve the communication among the employees
that organisation made the employee work in teams so that they can have
coordination among them and reduce the gap that arises in the communication. In
my opinion, the development can be made with the use of various sources of media
for interaction. This will also develop the system of transferring messages from one
person to another in the organisation. This will help in increasing the efficiency of an
employee by analysing the needs of the customers and make the efficient production
and make them be sold all over the world (McCabe, et. al., 2015).
In my words, for the development of the organisation, it needs to provide training and
development to the employees so that they work hard in the organisation with the
use of their skills and capabilities. This will also ensure them to meet the stated
objectives of the organisation and improve the productivity of the organisation. This
will make the employees have effective use of social media so that they can

communicate with each other as well as take the feedbacks from the customers.
This is made to know the customers about the rules and policies of the organisation
to work accordingly to achieve the goals of the organisation. The development of
employees will take in this and productivity will be enhanced that will help in
generating high revenue with the use of latest technology (Ford, 2014). The
organisation also made to use the strategy of marketing mix by focusing on 4 major
elements to have effective production. This is a costly process as needs and
preferences of the customers are different and they cannot be met easily.
Determination of price cannot be analysed with this strategy as the affordability of
customers are based on the income level of the customers (Huang and Sarigöllü,
2014)
In my opinion, the organisation needs to keep all the 7 elements into consideration
for the production of products and services so that indulgence can be provided to the
customers. This will help in motivating the employees for the production of products
with the relevance to the needs of the customers so that competition can be met in
the market. The development in the production department will take place as well as
the HR department will make the recruitment on the basis of the needs of the
customers. This will also make the improvements in the sales department as the
production will be made according to the customers that will help in increasing the
sales of the organisation. Marketing will help in analysing the affordability of the
customers so that it can make the price of the products as per the customers that will
make the organisation have a market stake and earn high revenue. The
development in these areas will make the organisation to achieve success and
growth in the organisation. These will improve the services and products of the
organisation so that it can compete with other organisations (Pavlou and Stewart,
2015).
