INTRODUCTION
Reflection is acting as an essential element through which person student or individual can
have excess of self-assessment of the strength, weakness and capabilities. With the help of
reflection individual can effectively engage in the process of reflecting their past mistake and can
take use of different strategies to make improvement in their future work (Herédia-Colaço and
Rodrigues, 2021). With the help of reflection learning or student can analyse their performance
in a systematic and efficient procedure. This report is conducted on different type of sessions that
helps in building understanding on various topics. All the topics has been discussed with the help
of in-depth analysis. Report include discussion on the impact of covid-19 in the hospital, travel
and leisure industry. Along with this utilisation of formative feedback to inform and improve
summative assessment work is being done in this report. Furthermore, identification of cultural
and behavioural expectation of student for a degree in business and management is being done.
At last importance of peer-to-peer support and team working with an aim to enhance learning

The emergence of coronavirus affected all industrial sector around the world. However, the
major hot industry due to the emergence of covid-19 outbreak is hospitality, travel and leisure

industrial sector, as during the time period of increase in the transmission rate governments
around the country’s-imposed lockdown in which individual are subjected to stay at their places
in order to avoid the measure of social distancing. This affects majorly all the activities and
operations of travel, hospitality and leisure in industrial sector in which they strive for livelihood.
Furthermore, it has been identified that number of organisations within the industry shut their
operations. This indicates that there is an adverse impact upon hospitality, travel and leisure
industry due to the emergence of covid-19. In addition to this it has been evaluated that number
of companies in this industry faced number of challenges in terms of financial crisis to conduct
their operations. It has been evaluated that companies within this industrial sector play essential
role in contributing job opportunities and employment, but the coronavirus outbreak affected this
industry and lead number of individuals to face job crisis (Isaac and Keijzer, 2021). Along with it
has been identified that hospitality leisure and travel industry is among the hottest head industry
from the current pandemic of covid-19. Furthermore, as per the analysis travel agent, hotel,
restaurant, provider of sports and leisure activities and other associated service companies or
suppliers made to complete stop their operation due to the covid-19 number of businesses.
Industries sector were forced to close down so rapidly in order to maintain helpline guidelines.
Thus, it has been identified that hospitality travel and leisure industrial sector is the hardest hit
industry that faced number of negative impacts due to the covid-19 outbreak.

that affected the business growth profitability and even sustainability. This report also identifies

identifying their weaknesses. Report also states that cultural and behaviour expectation in order
