INTRODUCTION
Reflection is acting as an essential element through which person student or individual can
have excess of self-assessment of the strength, weakness and capabilities. With the help of
reflection individual can effectively engage in the process of reflecting their past mistake and can
take use of different strategies to make improvement in their future work (Herédia-Colaço and
Rodrigues, 2021). With the help of reflection learning or student can analyse their performance
in a systematic and efficient procedure. This report is conducted on different type of sessions that
helps in building understanding on various topics. All the topics has been discussed with the help
of in-depth analysis. Report include discussion on the impact of covid-19 in the hospital, travel
and leisure industry. Along with this utilisation of formative feedback to inform and improve
summative assessment work is being done in this report. Furthermore, identification of cultural
and behavioural expectation of student for a degree in business and management is being done.
At last importance of peer-to-peer support and team working with an aim to enhance learning

The emergence of coronavirus affected all industrial sector around the world. However, the
major hot industry due to the emergence of covid-19 outbreak is hospitality, travel and leisure

industrial sector, as during the time period of increase in the transmission rate governments
around the country’s-imposed lockdown in which individual are subjected to stay at their places
in order to avoid the measure of social distancing. This affects majorly all the activities and
operations of travel, hospitality and leisure in industrial sector in which they strive for livelihood.
Furthermore, it has been identified that number of organisations within the industry shut their
operations. This indicates that there is an adverse impact upon hospitality, travel and leisure
industry due to the emergence of covid-19. In addition to this it has been evaluated that number
of companies in this industry faced number of challenges in terms of financial crisis to conduct
their operations. It has been evaluated that companies within this industrial sector play essential
role in contributing job opportunities and employment, but the coronavirus outbreak affected this
industry and lead number of individuals to face job crisis (Isaac and Keijzer, 2021). Along with it
has been identified that hospitality leisure and travel industry is among the hottest head industry
from the current pandemic of covid-19. Furthermore, as per the analysis travel agent, hotel,
restaurant, provider of sports and leisure activities and other associated service companies or
suppliers made to complete stop their operation due to the covid-19 number of businesses.
Industries sector were forced to close down so rapidly in order to maintain helpline guidelines.
Thus, it has been identified that hospitality travel and leisure industrial sector is the hardest hit
industry that faced number of negative impacts due to the covid-19 outbreak.

Formative feedback helps in improving and informing summative assessment work. With
the help of taking advantage of formative feedback learner or student can assure improvement in
summative assessment work. Along with this formative feedback also enhance learner or student
ability to evaluate their strength and weaknesses. It has been evaluated that there are various
forms of interactive classroom activities, homework and survey. Both format and summative
assessment is an important element for a learner in which formative feedback helps in making
improvement in summative assessment work that will effectively allow a learner to focus upon
the relevant learning style (Kelly, Luke and Doucet, 2021). This process made learner to
undertake advantage of lecturer or teacher feedback along with the comments and implement the

cultural is basically acting as a pattern of expectation and believes which is been shared among

allow learner to exchange new ideas and materials in order to accomplish similar work in a

further encourage significant associations. It has been identified that peer-to-peer learning and
team working effectively encourage individual to demonstrate their abilities. Furthermore, it has
been underlined that team working also plays an essential role in enhancing learning process

peer support and team working plays important role in enhancing learning experience as peer to
peer support provide instructive aid through which learner can enhance their expertise. While in
terms with team working this is an important aspect in learning experience through which person
can learn different type of skills and can enhance their abilities through which they can maximise
their learning experience in an effective way.

As per the report this has been concluded that covid-19 emergency has negative impact upon
the travel hospitality and leisure industry, as the outbreak of coronavirus made government
around the world to impose the strict measures of lockdown that restricted every activity

including travel. This lead hospitality travel and leisure industrial sector to face number of losses
that affected the business growth profitability and even sustainability. This report also identifies
that, formative feedback plays an important role for an individual that helps them to make
improvement in summative assessment, as with the help of taking use of formative feedback
learner or student can make significant improvement in the summative assessment work, while
identifying their weaknesses. Report also states that cultural and behaviour expectation in order
to study for a degree in business and management plays essential role through which individual
can not only develop themselves in a personal manner but can also assures professional growth.
From this report it has been learnt that collaborative working and peer-to-peer is also an essential
element in the process of learning that allow individual to work in a team and enhance their
