INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development is defined as a process through which individual or
organisation effectively engage in the process related to learning of different type of skills in
order to meet challenges and accomplish desired goals (Bilican, Senler and Karisan, 2021).
Main aim of personal and professional development is to facilitate individual to effectively
manage their growth and learning. It is important for a person to continuously learn and develop
different type of knowledge and skills in order to up to date with current skills needed in
environment. Learning and communication plays most important aspect in individual life as with
the help of this individual can effectively enhance their capabilities to perform roles and
responsibilities in effective manner. Present report is personal reflection in which the process
related to the manner in which the development of self- knowledge and skill in learning and
communicating throughout this unit is being done.
MAIN BODY
It has been evaluated by me that my learning as well as communication skills change over the
course of this unit, as this unit help me to effectively emphasise upon my non-verbal
communication. In addition to this it has been identified by me that I have significantly
developed my communication skill over the course of this unit with the help of taking help from
my mentors. This allowed me to express my viewpoint and opinion to them in a well-defined and
effective manner in which to this I also engaged in the process of taking feedback on my actions
by providing them information related to my progress on this unit on regular basis. It not only
helps me to enhance my communication ability but also developed my learning skills.
Furthermore, it has been underlined by me that my goal in this unit is to accomplish all the
assignments in a successful manner on the given period of time. In addition to this being active
online for at least four hours a week is also one of the major goal of this unit. Furthermore, the
goal associated to pass this unit with high distinction is also one of the most important course
goal at the start of this unit. With the help of determining these goals effectively help me to work

and conduct my roles towards a correct direction. By underlying goals person can effectively
take corrective action and can move on significant path. Furthermore, it has been evaluated by
me that goal setting plays important role for me as a significantly help me in inspiring and
motivating on continuous basis. With the help of well-planned goal, it allows me to maximize
my willingness to accomplish this unit with high distinction in effective manner (Hoffman and
Tadelis, 2021). By emphasizing upon all aspect I is established certain goals and concentrate my
mind on them throughout my journey. This helped me to challenge my goals and further
accomplish them in effective manner. In order to accomplish these goals, I effectively developed
a foundation in order to keep track on my progress with the help of proper planning and
organising my time. It helped me to accomplish activities that will further lead me towards
fulfilling my goals objectives in effective manner. I also developed small wines and undertake
regular feedback from my mentors. I also set weakly objective that motivated me and pushed me
to stay focused on my goals. With the help of this I have made effective and significant
progression towards accomplishing by goals in an effective manner. Furthermore, it has been
underlined by me that in order to successfully achieve my goals I have set a self-time at the end
of every day and ask help from my mentors and seniors proper reviewing on hitting each stage. It
is a significant measure that has been undertaken by me in a well-defined and effective manner
that help me to accomplish my set goals. Furthermore, it has been underlined by me that in order
to successfully achieve my course goal I have completed one unit a semester and completed
LANTIE test, along with the help of hard work and emphasizing on my learning and
understanding of this course. With the help of patience level allowed me to accomplish my set
goals in effective manner. However, it has been identified by me that this unit helps me to have
proper and efficient understanding and learning of the humanistic theories. According to my
experience it has been identified by me that these stories effectively emphasize upon importance
of free will as well as individual experience in development of the self-actualization.
Furthermore, this has been determined by me that humanistic theory effectively promote self-
actualization concept which is basically the initiate need for personal growth along with the
manner that personal growth motivate behaviour.
In addition to this it has been identified by me that I have developed number of skills during the
course of this unit that include self-confidence skill. In this it has been identified by me that I
have low level of self-confidence that affected my ability to find a resource for assignment. This

skill has been duly developed by me during the course of this unit that effectively help me to
accomplish the underlined objective in time effective framework. Furthermore, technical skills
has also been developed during the course of this module as I am comfortable using Microsoft
offices suites but I am looking forward to learn new technical skills in order to assure higher
growth and development in future professional and personal life. (Demirdağ, 2021) However, I
sometime face complexities in managing time under pressure, however I have also developed
this skill in the process of conducting this unit along with this problems solving skill and taking
corrective decision as well as interpersonal skill is also been developed by me. Thus according to
the analysis of my personal reflection it has been determined by mean that there are number of
skills and knowledge that has been duly developed by me in learning and communicating
through this unit. These skills will not only allow me to gain future growth and development
opportunities but also maximized my confidence level through which I can conduct my roles and
responsibility with higher efficiency in future. This unit allowed me to develop goals and further
undertake significant process in order to assure my positive progression towards accomplishing
my goals. It helps me to manage my time in effective manner that duly in enhanced my time
management skill. The knowledge and skills that has been gained by me in learning and
communicating. This unit enhanced my personal and professional competencies through which I
can gain significant growth opportunities in future. Furthermore, it has been identified by me that
the theory that has been encountered by me in the learning will significantly supported me
towards my personal and professional goals, as they were emphasized upon importance of
individual experience in development of personality. It has been identified by me that this unit
not only helped me to accomplish my goals in effective manner but also allowed me to identify
those skills that are required by me to develop in effective manner as to gain future development
opportunities.

development involves individual in developing their skills and knowledge through which the can
maximize their growth and opportunities. While in terms with professional development it
mainly emphasizes upon skills needed to perform desired job for current job role. Furthermore, it
has been identified from this report that personal development is mainly focused upon time
management and communication. There is different type of skills that can be enhanced by an
individual with the help of reflective analysis as it allows them to undertake self-reflection on the
skills and knowledge developed by them, along with those that are required by them to gain in
future. This help them to accomplish their future professional as well as personal goals in
effective manner.
