INTRODUCTION
Reflective learning is known as the practice to evaluate and analyse the memory or any
event so that the purpose and impact of event can be explored into a learning opportunity
(Colomer and et.al., 2020). It is very essential for the academic development of students as it
helps to better understand skills and review the progress.
MAIN BODY
Development through module
I have seen a great development in my learning and professional attributes throughout the
module. During module I came across several models which not only enhanced my professional
knowledge but also provided me ways to improve myself. For instance, the learning of SWOT
model helped me to critically evaluate any market scenario as well as my own strengths and
weakness which be utilised to explore opportunities. Module also helped me to develop various
skills such research, problem solving, time management, communication and ICT. For
completing the assignments, I used to research various topics and organisations which helped me
to utilise different ICT tools and decision making techniques. Development of these skills is not
only helpful in scoring good in course but is also critical for the future professional goals (Bruno
and Dell’Aversana, 2018).
While completing the module there were instances where I faced difficulties in overcoming
the challenges. However, it tried to overcome them with the help of support from teachers and
my friends. It taught me an important skill of team work and I gained learning that irrespective of
scope or extent of goals one must always work in team and collaboration. It helps to resolve
various issues related to learning. I also experienced conflicts with others due to difference in
opinion or decision making approaches but I did not let the conflicts affecting efficiency of tasks.
This was also one of the important learning which I discovered through the module. When I
conducted market research in module I also understand that there is always a difference between
theories and real world concept.
Thus I believe that one must always be efficient in applying the theoretical concepts
effectively in practical applications. Module has given me a great opportunity to develop as
learner because apart from providing theoretical learning it also gave me change to apply
learnings in practical situations and to explore innovative concepts and ideas. The extensive
problem solving and evaluation approaches covered in module have been very crucial in terms of
