INTRODUCTION
As a learner, this is very important to a person for using different productive strategies of
development and learnings, because this is very necessary for gaining better outcomes in the
module. There is reflection is added below for showing various effective ways of learnings. In
this dynamic world, there are models and frameworks simply available to a learner for improving
its overall performance in the workplace.
MAIN BODY
Reflection
Currently I am an effective learner, because I know the actual value of skills and abilities
to a person in overall development. Basically, I have many well-developed skills and abilities
which can play an excellent role to me in gaining better outcomes during the module (du Rocher,
2020). Recently, I have learnt about many skills and abilities for applying or using them in own
daily operations. For example; currently I have proper skills of presentation/public speaking and
I have proper knowledge about the learning styles. I have learnt about how to develop various
strategies of reading as well, like; scanning, skimming, detailed reading etc. and this is why
currently I am using these all strategies effectively in own daily operations. During the past
learning stage, I have learnt about the important of listening and Harvard referencing as well.
Basically, we should always be focused on maintaining an effective relationship between
speaking and listening, because it is very mandatory to conduct an effective communication or
interaction. On the other side, the learnings of Harvard referencing taught me that, we should
always need to give credit to various authors and writers when we have used their data or
information, because our attribute of giving credit to original author shows our professionalism
in market place.
I am a Kinaesthetic learner, because I always like to conduct different experimental
activities, because when we try any experiment during the learning time period, then this step
enable use for gaining many new skills and knowledge. Currently, there are many of people from
across the world comes from this Kinaesthetic category of learner, because they know the value
