INTRODUCTION
I am a little boy and studied at the school for the development and enhancement of my skills
by properly learning, discussing, practicing and demonstrating my skills. Reflective practice is
the prominent way of studying own experiences and also improving the way of work (Sharif and
Zainuddin, 2017). It is useful for health professionals in order to carry out the learning thoughts
and their life. For this reflection I had various jobs with many experiences by which I am
determined to work and hard on the development of my skills. In this context, I can further
reflect for the better future for myself by hope of becoming a General Manager by the
development and enhancement of my skills. The below reflection is based on the success and
knowledge about the creativity and also consider the factors which are developed as a learner
and how to face the future challenges.
Enhancement and development of learning style
By considering the fact that I have pursued and understand this lesson in order to learn and
develop my overall knowledge and skills. In this context I prefer visual learning instead of oral
or audio learning which is related with VARK model which combine my overall learning style
and helps in gaining and retaining more knowledge.
By analysing my overall performance it is determined that I am more week in
communication team working problem solving and interpersonal skills. In relation with this the
reflection is about how to develop skills and how to overcome the challenges which arises in
future. In order to develop skills prominent activities are performed by me in order to approach
and develop these skills.
Growth and development of communication skills
By analysing my overall performance it is determined that I am more week in
communication team working problem solving and interpersonal skills. In relation with this the

and develop these skills. These are the skills which can become challenge for me while
performing any other activity and because of the lack of skills I can face failure in my career.
In relation with this, I can develop my communication skill with the help of both non-verbal
and digital communication that leads to develop clear understanding regarding the growth and

development of information. Considering this course, the information I learned as a speaker and
need to become learner for the healthy communication.
Development on reflection
Training and development: It is important because it helps me in developing my career as
training and development leads to enhance confidence and boost up the moral in me which dates
to improve during performance level. Because of training and development I can develop my
problem solving and analytical skills by which I can resolve each and every critical problem by
prominently analyzing it from the perspective of specialist. Development of analytical and
problem solving skill bring hike in my career development s because of this I feel more confident
which impacts my performance level and useful for me in facing the upcoming challenges
(Boland, Dikomitis and Gadoud, 2016). In this context the future in this could arise in front of
me about my overconfidence and other mere skilled individual that leads to develop feeling of
competition among me which can impact my moral about the work.
Developing relations with people: Due to this activity I can enhance my interpersonal
communication skills by developing healthy relations. Development of communication and
interpersonal skills is important as it plays a major role for the success and growth of my career.
Along with this communication is linked with each and every skill as to perform various skills it
is important to have healthy and polite communication skill that leads to influence the frame of
mind of other person. In this context that challenge which I can face is irrelevant words and
improper communication that leads to break down the communication chain and impact the
overall growth and leads to delay in the performance of any activity (McDonald, 2016).
Moreover, in digital age communication has transformed beyond face-to-face interaction as in
current times it is it possible with the use of Technology. Through Technology it is easy to
acquire and develop communication with more people effectively.
Development on reading skills
By determining my reading skills I have analyzed that I must depend on prominent content
in context of using scanning the way to learning how to skim and also grasp more details in order
to enhance and develop my information. Reflection on my research include various skills by
which I have learned that it is more important to make proper difference among the quantitative
and qualitative research to find out prominent way to develop my skills.

How did my thinking improve due to the module?
By reflection on the thinking level of me, it is increasing on the continuous basis as I
consider my thinking for the development and enhancement of my knowledge in order to absorb
prominent fact regarding the development and improvement of my skills with the help of
communication by including reading and writing skills as well. I also learn my things from my
past knowledge so I can develop my knowledge for my academic and personal development.
How and why to develop learner and how to approach future challenges
In this context by objective is to specifically support the probable development a
personalized learning in order to identify the learning strategies by which I can actively engage
for the development of my skills and also faced challenges in order to develop the ability to
focus on the learning skills (Godwin, 2019). Secondly the objectives to analyse the evidence
from the research this is useful in understanding about the specific approaches for the successful
learning.
Due to all this I can easily make my learning more efficient by making clear and justified
goals focus on my objectives for the development also offer prominent opportunities that can
reflect my learning and also take feedback from other individuals to enhance my learning skills.
Development of the skills is important because it is helpful for me in developing my career and
brings me towards the success.
CONCLUSION
From the preceding reflection it is analysed that reflective practices is useful and important
to perform as it leads to help in self assessment and analysing skills and also useful in enhancing
this is skills it is important to achieve success and growth. Moreover the fundamental objective
of education is to Foster the desire to learn beyond the classroom and leads to develop the
theoretical knowledge and to the real life experience that helps in analysing the challenges
regarding the development of skills. In this context an individual must have critical thinker in
order to think independently regarding the development of skills and also become more efficient
in pursuing those activities that leads to Foster weak skills.
