INTRODUCTION
Creativeness is to be used for a purpose to solve many problems and also comes up with
some solutions and when this comes in knowledge, this really assists to predict the future and
also identify different trends. Both creativity and knowledge plays an essential role in
preparation for success in the university.
MAIN BODY
The current essay usually includes the reflection on my learning while the PSKC module
and also assists in brief description for the overview for my lessons at period of first four weeks.
With the assistance of knowledge and creativity, this aids an individual for better thinking also
assists to increase in overall personality. At time of first week, the main objective for my study
session was for identify my style of learning(Wu, and, et. al., 2020). In addition for it, this
includes Bucks Graduate Attributes which provides support to my higher education. From the
help to perform working and tasks, this will aided me a lot for having and identifying knowledge
of various leadership style and have deeper understanding for best leadership style which is more
suitable for me. I get to learn so much for many leadership style such as participative, autocratic
and free rein leadership style. Furthermore, now I am confident in effective and evaluation use of
my leadership style.
The week two is for all about reading skill and digital literacy which really assist to use
excel, one note, Office 365 and Microsoft Excel. The use for office suite becomes a integral
factor when this come to an academic professional and life. In addition to this, it have really
made my work better and easy in order for understand(Webb, and Doman, 2020). However, this
really helps me as a student, I am still in the phase of learning and also improving and working
my skills. This becomes very hard for me to use this on daily basis and to learn new thing. But in
this week, I gain my confidence for working on my reading skill which really assists me a lot for
understanding my module and assist me for writing in a good manner. I starts reading mails
through the university and also I focus on tutorials, poster and book which is available. Also I try
for doing my assignments through the assistance of correctly working and proper research on my
framing right sentences and grammatical issues.

In week three, I get to learn for the skills of communication and their importance. I get to
learn for the vocabulary, application, accuracy for the verified and evidences writing to be
objective. Also in the assistance for this essay, the portfolio and structured reports, all of these
really assists me a lot to learn for paraphrasing(Kholmurzaev, and Tokhirov, 2021). In addition
for this, I get to learn for how to improve these skills in purpose for making improvement to my
word skills and also improves my writing. In addition for this, the module needs more time in
order to having better understanding for the passive voice and also assists in deep understanding
for the use of third person. In many areas, still I struggle and this is very essential for me to
practice on daily basis.
In the week four, I realise that I want more practice for my experience and my making
which is more valuable and also put them in action. However, this assists to help me a lot to
understand that what is right and what is wrong. This also assists me a lot to have deep
understanding for the Klob's theory for doing, planning, reflection and thinking which want to be
followed in order for becoming a reflective practitioner. Also for all the 4 weeks, I have a well
thought for research skill which also assists in critical thinking for having better understanding
for quantitative and qualitative source. In this week, my teacher explain for many researching
skill and this also assists me a lot to better evaluate with the assistance of many resources such as
website, periodicals and books(Johnson, and Stage, 2018). Also, I get to learn for the Klob's
cycle for reflection and also for the reflective thinking. In addition to this, I got good
understanding for the two techniques which have reflection and also includes learning for action
and learning in action. I also realise that, there is no less opportunity but I feel the fear of failure
can be something for stopping me in clearing and asking for my doubts. I also realise that the
learning is never ending process and this is most essential for me to try for being more confident
and effective in whole improvement for my communication and reading skills.
However, I also likes to add that this will be consider for being very essential skill which
assists me a lot for score better marks and this is to be used for other professional life. In addition
to it, this is really helpful for me to have good understanding for the improvement of better
communication skill in respect to professional level and academic levels. Also with the
assistance of modules and week plan, this is really helpful for me to improving my confidence
and have good clarity, using of right material and apply this on daily basis(Caretta, and, et. al.,
2018). I also realise that, this is most important for me to be fully intellectual and for experience,

reason and observe for develop beliefs and makes own action for the purpose to follow the entire
life. In the end of this, I consider that the module is most useful and beneficial for individuals
development and also provides me the platform in order for making my knowledge, more
advanced when this comes to solve mathematical problem from using excel and used outlook.

In the above essay, this have to be concluded that the skill and knowledge plat an vital
role to prepare for success in the university and this is most essential for having good
understanding for the various skills and also increase in applying them to practice.
