leader has the distinctive level of personal quality which have major integrity, courage with
initiative and ability to have handling proper stress (Marshall and Kay, 2019). Leadership in
nursing requires a constant effort to motivate others to become part of the organizational

respective vision. The NHS have the continually changing as research have evidence which leads

finalizing everything. There is resistance of some changes which may have occurrence because
of respective staff members which is now adapting to have coping with new methods. This is the

has the major discussion of most useful styles nurse to be used when leading team with
implementing change. As per the Francis report, leaders in the NHS report have actually more
level of aware in responsibilities at the senior level. On the other hand, as per the consequences
for failure to have discharging the duties in order to make mistake which have unforeseen or
tragic level of consequences (Major, 2019). On the other hand, as per report Berwick plea for the
service without having harm which have included no blame cultures or one which is not reflected
in the level of numerous surveys about the culture leadership in the NHS. It is very important to
have major requirement at every level who are the bl to expertly to have navigation their roles
along with responsibilities with effective level of confidence and competence. On the other hand,
as per the NHS long term plans there will be inclusion of comprehensive NHS workforce
implementation plan which is been seen at new cross-sector national workforce group, and
underpinned by a new compact between frontline NHS leaders and the national NHS leadership

of the listening, inspiring along with encouraging to be attentive with upholding more rewarding
the culture. in addition to that’s comprehensive management which have constant focus on
quality. As per my considerations, nursing leadership should be more level of customer oriented.
As leaders should have the earning there their respective status as role models as there is no
place in modern nursing for the leadership style which is been based on fear (Crombie and
Garland, 2016). I have democratic style in the nursing profession which have clear
demonstration over handing more level of participation of respective junior employees in the
decision-making procedure in NHS. Although, I used to final decision by collecting their

everything (Anderson, 2018). On the other hand, autocratic and transformational is not my kind
of leadership in order to have the succession the different plans and procedure. As this leadership
have the varsity of strength and weakness which is being analysed me through various indigence
which used to take place in my career. As per my leadership styles there are various scenario
around more level of clinical area. For the example, as per the preference democratic leadership
as patients comes in with diabetes. As having proper communication skill, I was look to have
their proper communication skill to have the proper interaction regarding the major level of
consequences which is faced by patient. I have proper delegated the junior with good team as the
player which have ability to work under pressure. This added the value into mu leadership skills
(Rosser and et.al., 2017). On the other hand, dealing with patient over depression is considered
to be by weakness. I used to have lack my major level of confidence in hand overring. On
addition to that’s there is cause of disharmony which is misapplied. In addition to that’s leaders
have to start fence sitting which can never reach to have true consensus. This weakness is
creating more level of lag in my profession as there is the multiple level of responsibility in order
