INTRODUCTION
Psychology refers to behaviour and thinking of people related to certain perspective that
describe an individual personality, mentality and motivation that determine behaviour of people
(Lomas and Ivtzan, 2016). Positive psychology is positive attitude of an individual that includes
traits and emotions.
Report will emphasize on theory, concepts and principles of positive psychology and
psychological strength. It also includes strengths that will have impact on life.

Outline and purpose of psychology
Purpose of the study is to maintain positive psychology that will help in bringing good
thoughts in an individual and create positive environment in the surrounding. This essay mainly
focusing on different theoretical concepts and principles of positive psychology and its strength
and methods that will be used to identify my strength that will be useful for me in the future.
Strength of principles and concepts is also discussed in further essay. Impact of my strength on
life and strategy that will be needed to develop strength. Characteristics will be identified that
will help me in building positive psychology that will help in building positive attitude towards
life. Therefore, psychology differs from people to people so it is necessary to build positive
nature towards life (Wellenzohn, Proyer and Ruch, 2016). Psychology will be impacted by
behaviour of people towards particular thing that will bring negative behaviour of an individual
so it will affect its psychology and provides negative behaviour towards particular situation.
Concepts and principles of positive psychology and psychological strength
There are different concepts of psychology that will help in bringing positive attitude of
and creating peaceful behaviour towards others. Nature is the most important concept that will
cause behaviour of people. My nature is extrovert as I am able to talk to anyone and settle down
in any situation easily. Nurture is also another concept that will include beliefs that will be
followed by an individual in its life.
Principles of positive psychology include happiness and well-being as I am having
positive attitude so it will bring happiness and well-being towards people who are interacting
with me. Psychological strength is related to capabilities that an individual is having to perform a
particular task.

Method used for identifying strength
Swot analysis is being done to identify strength as I have thinking that the things that I
know how to do it effectively is my strength that will help in growing for the future. It is
important to identify strength as it helps in building positive behaviour towards others. By asking
to different regarding my strength as by taking feedback from other people and then analysing
strength on the basis of it. Skills help in identifying strength that which skill is good and that will
become my strength (O’Connell, O’Shea and Gallagher, 2016).
Strength
My top skills are I am spiritual as I believe in religion. This will help in giving me
positive energy and think positively regarding different perspective of life. Through this I will
get positive attitude and help in my growth for future. Strength will provide positive attitude
towards different aspects as it will help in gaining more knowledge about outside. I am kind
towards people as I don't get angry very fast that will in maintaining good relations with other
people. Being kind is necessary for maintaining peace as it will also help in creating positive
psychology in me. I am able to work in team that will enhance productivity for the future and
helps in building good psychology that will be providing different aspect that is useful for the
future purpose in life. All these strengths are important in building various perspective for
analysing various concepts and principles of positive psychology.
Principles and concepts that will be used in strength
As I am able to work in a team so this increase efficiency and bring more opportunities
for the future. Working in a team will help in doing effective work that will provide different
perspective for me to grow. I am kind so abundance principle is being followed by people that
will be providing me getting good behaviour as it is necessary to behave kindly with people as it
is important to follow this rule of kindness. There are different aspects that will help in getting
involved into various concepts for the future. As I am spiritual believes in god and doing
different practices that will help in enhancing different perspective of religion. Following
religion also bring harmony in behaviour as positive vibes will come from it that will enhance
various aspects in the future. My behaviour is fair with all as I am not doing partiality in
behaving with different people as my behaviour will remain same with all people that will bring
different perspective.

Impact of strength on life
My strength is I am able to work in team that will increase efficiency and productivity but
sometimes it will have bad impact on behaviour as different people is having different behaviour
so team members' behaviour will impact strength on life. If member of team is not doing good
then it will impact behaviour as well as work also effect it. Spirituality will also impact in my life
as thinking in spiritual way will sometimes create narrow minding as I am only thinking in one
direction that will be harmful. I am not able to think over and in limited space only that will
affect different perspective of life. For maintaining strength will help in providing aspect for the
future as it will impact in taking decision for life. As there are different ways that will be making
nature adaptable and acceptable as there are different perspective for engaging more into
activities.
These strengths will be improved by taking proper training and development from different
sources that will be providing different aspect that will be creating various strength. There are
different perspective that will bring various points for the future. It is necessary to improve
strength as it increase productivity and profitability for the future course for the future course of
action. It is important to evaluate various segments that will be providing different factors that
will have impact on strength of mine. These skills may affect behaviour of people and create
differences in psychology that will be provided to an individual (Donaldson, Dollwet and Rao,
2015). It is important for doing various aspects that will be helpful in bringing different aspects
for improving strength. It is important in improving strength that will help in doing efficient
work in different perspective for the future course of action. Strength will help in presenting one
self towards other person and it is essential for me involving different activities that will be
included into my skills.
Characteristics
I am developing my leadership skill by practising through influencing people with my
thoughts and by providing them proper guidance that will be able to provide different perspective
in the future. As its is not developed under me I am not able to take lead to manage all things that
will be productive for the future. There are different ways that will be creating various aspect
that a leader must have as having quality to guide people, inspire people, motivating them to do
work effectively and efficiently. I don't forgive people easily as I need sometime to forgive
people from mind as it is necessary to build habit to forgive people on their wrong words. There

are different perspective that will be providing chances to improve qualities that is not suitable
for performing different task in the company. It is important to regulate oneself effectively and
efficiently. There are different segments that will needed improvement and hence help in
utilizing different perspective. It is important in improving various qualities that is more suitable
in providing different in getting involved more with people. Building honest nature is important
as it is beneficial for growth in the future. There are various segments that will be provided
various aspects for providing different strength in an individual (Johnson and Wood, 2017). I
have to improve my qualities that will be providing different aspect in getting more involved. It
is important to become a self regulated person as it will help me in future growth and various
aspects that are involved into it.

As per above study it can be said that it is important in focusing on different aspect that
will help in giving various perspective for the future. Kindness will help in building good
relation with people as being kind is important for a person to behave properly with other people.
There are different techniques that will be applied to improve strength that will be used in
performing different task. It is important in providing different segments that is useful for the
future course of action. It is necessary in developing various aspect as it is important in creating
different segments that will be provided that will enhance strength.
