capacity to think about the experience and learning will help individual in enhancing different
part of identity and demonstrable skill. The present report is based on the individual experience
regarding the project management. This report explains that how an individual manage the
project regarding construction and how prepare a systematic budget for it.

project management-

project manager have to focus on the idea and creative thoughts regarding the project. In

 Closing- In this stage I have successfully close the activities and function of the project
old farm house.
Analysis of the event and scenario
From the above discussion I have analyses that by help of this project I have improved
my personality ad professionalism because I have accomplished all task and activities associated
with project on the time. By this experience in the old house project I have learnt so many new
things and skill which will help me in improving my personality and I can effectively meet the
success in the future. By use of the following R' I can effectively describe my experience. These
R' are as follows-
 Reporting- As per the case scenario, I have to reconstruct the old farm house which is
situated in the rural area.
 Responding- While I have got the project regarding the old farm house reconstruction
then I was very excited because this is my first project and this project is given me by my

parents. At the initial level while I have got the project then I thought about my strength
and weakness. I have analyzed that my communication, leadership, monitoring and
positive attitude will help me in accomplishing this project in more effective and efficient
manner.
 Relating- I have analyzed that I have all those skills and ability which is required in the
successful project manager. I have thought that my past experience regarding the
construction work will help me in accomplishing this project. I have great knowledge
about the project management theories, concept, approaches and practices that will help
me in achieving my target regarding project (Morris, 2010).
 Reasoning- I have analyzed that my knowledge, skill, ability and experience have
supported me in great manner as I have successfully achieved the target of the project
within specified time. However, my time management skill have created some issue
because I have weak time management skill and decision making skill.
CONCLUSION
