INTRODUCTION In the process of learning by individual numerous activities are undertaken and these are assisting individual in increasing knowledge and attaining success over academic path. During academic development various opportunities are being provided to individual under different fields and these are helpful for them in dealing with future challenges in proper manner(Gawke, Gorgievski. and Bakker, 2017). This report contains critical reflection of a learner in which they are obtaining knowledge and their enhancement. Besides this, different approaches are used by an individual so as to face their future challenges and fill up expectations as well. TASK 1 How a person developed as a learner In recent time fierce competition is existed in world and for the major purpose to achieve success individuals are trying to enhance their skill-set and abilities in regular manner. As a learner, I am taking various classes in renowned institution of BUKS university. I have opted for foundation in knowledge and creativity, this course enables me to develop my creativity skills and knowledge through which I can enhance my career opportunities. Communication skills is one of the prominent skill in which major part of my course was focused. During my course my instructors were actively developing communication skills of students which helped students in enhancing their writing and speaking abilities(Miller, 2016). In this reference, tutors are focused over providing theory based knowledge so as to clear ant confusion for individual and to enhance professional skills for individual. On the other side tutors are explaining regarding methods to be used for amplifying speaking and hearing abilities. With the help of these theories real life experience can be obtained by scholar and due to which speaking and communication skills can be enhanced as well. These theories enable the learner to behave and communicate in such a manner that varied situations can be tackled in better way. There are various activities which are being performed by an individual during their learning program and these are providing direct implication over enhancement of communication skills. For instance, real life experiencesand scenarios were given by tutors in which varied roles were given to students and according to those roles students were supposed to behave. This is helping individual to inhale professional behaviour due to which higher effectiveness can be attained by individual.
These activities are having major role in academic life of an individual as these are leading in intensifying communication skills and capabilities as well. Besides this, writing skills wastheotherconceptonwhichIemphasisedduringmycourseinordertoattain professionalism. There were various lessons which were given by tutors so as to put their attention on enhancing writing skills of students(Al-Khasawneh, 2016). These lessons were helpful for students in order to enhance writing skills through which grammatical errors were rectified. On the other hand there are some concepts which could be helpful in framing proper sentence which is free from any grammatical error. On the other hand proper knowledge related to past, present and future tenses were provided by teachers through which process of sentence framing become easier for students and delicacy of writing skills were made effective as well. For a learner the mandatory aspect is to enhance overall knowledge through which skills can be sharpened. Digital technologies were used in BUKS university by lecturers and this helped learning process to be highly effective. Power point presentations were used by lecturers for maintaining transparency in learning program. This is helpful for me in developing skills and this leads in developing creativity. Learning process is associated with inclusion of different stages of life in which entrepreneurs are providing varied experiences from life. The major objective of these aspects is to make prominent path to deal with challenges in such a manner that efficacy can be attained. These learning processes are helping individual to grab success opportunities and attain prominent position at well defined organisation as well. TASK 2 Approaches for future challenges and expectations After completing my foundation program in BUKS university, I am able to enhance my personal and professional capabilities through which learning process were developed as well. I am able to enhance different skills such as technical abilities, working ethos, flexibility, creativeness and many more. On the other side there are varied personal elements which is helpful in maintaining working pressure in several situation and in this I have developed my skills of dealing with work life pressure. Decision making skills, creative thinking skills, problem solving skills were the major aspects through I can deal with future coming challenges in appropriate manner. These activities are helpful in attaining high creativity through which I can develop efforts in order to minimise impact of those complexities which may provide negative

implication over my career.Management and leadership styles are known as prominent aspect through which composite situation can be dealt in proper manner in order to attain best output as well. For instance when an organisation is planning to undertake some changes within activities or processes then the impact can be seen over business performance but at the same time employees face high degree of problem in managing work in changes condition. So by developing varied skills change management can be easily adopted by an individual when they are working for some organisation. Including changes in business may have mixed implication such as positive and negative as well. With the help of effective communication management can convey these changes in appropriate manner so that to communicate any modification in proper manner so that to have smooth business flow(Davis and et. al., 2016)(. Besides this personal skills were also focused during my course which helped me to attain high flexibility and to stay adhere to environmental changes. High assistance were exhibited by tutor for filling ethical behaviour which is required at workplace. Under skill development program real life incidences were performed through which negativity can be eliminated and proper decision can be taken (Cederman and Weidmann, 2017). CONCLUSION From the above report this can be summarised that personal skills are playing vital role in self development through which capabilities can be adhered to understand outer environment in appropriate manner. Under this concept there are various classes which are helping a student to deal with future challenges by enhancing their skills in proper way in order to attain desired career objectives.
