The learning process plays vital role in the student life. It helps the individual in order to gain the
informative information as well as enhance the skills. By the continues learning students can enhance their
knowledge that could be helpful for achieving the future goal. The skill development is one of the major
aspect in students life.
 Helps in developing the growth curve- through the personal development planning individuals can
easily enhance their academic and future career by learning several skills.

 The Learning and development planning helped me in order to develop the several skills during the
plan. I created the personnel development plan that taught me in order to set my goals. I created several
task to achieve my personnel goals.
 I developed the writing skills that includes the factors such as sentence formations. These skills
explained me the difference between the reflective and academic writing. I gained the several learning
style that helped me in enhancing the writing skills.
 I also gained the information about the academic misconstruction. In this gained the several knowledge

 The presentation skills is one of then important aspect in student life. Through out the assignment I
developed several effective presentation skills that will surely helping me in my future career for sure. I
also commanded on my speech at the time of performing such task. In future I can easily create
attractive presentation with full of informative content.
 At the time of assignments I also performed my personnel analysis which reflected my personality and
deploys several attributes of myself. Hence all these skills and plans were helped me to analysis my
weakness and challenges. As well as gives me the idea for the areas that need to work for future
