REFELECTIVE JOURNAL2Module 1Pros: This module helps me to properly understand how to create documents and how to formatthose according he different requirements and specifications of the documents. It also aids inunderstanding how to properly modify the writing structures as well as having a properknowledge regarding the writing styles and use graphs, diagrams and graphics, formatting thetext styles and gives ideas about the referencing styles that should be used (Johnson, 2014).Cons: Becomes too complicated at times to understand and covers too many topics at the sametime, which may become troublesome in many cases. Too many details to remember, which getsmixed up and the document often comes out with flaws that are minor in nature but still requiresamendments, hence causing me to loose valuable time (Zuiderwijk & Janssen, 2014).Recommendations: More extensive practice is required that would be beneficial to properlylearn the different aspects of modifying the document. It would render the training process to belengthier but would in turn give enough learning chances to me. This would make sure that I donot have to do any minor rectifications on the documents in the future, thus saving me time tofocus on other issues.Module 2Pros: This module gives cohesive ideas about how to make multipage proposals, brochure andresumes. The necessary requirements for these, the specific formatting and the structure of thesedifferent kinds of documents are given ideas about as well. This makes it possible to makemultiple formats according to the job requirement. It also gives knowledge regarding how toeffectively increase the effectiveness of the resume and how to make a brochure more attractive.
