INTRODUCTIONReflective journal is a part or writing which helps an individual in improving his/herwriting ability. Through this, a person can express his/her views and ideas regarding anyparticular topic (McGarr, 2010). Given report is prepared on ethics, indigenous culturalawareness, understanding and organisational culture on which a reflective note is given. Use ofDIEP framework is done to compile the learning in which description of each topic is done indetail followed with interpretation of same. Thereafter, evaluation of the facts is done usingSMART objectives.TASKEthics can be described as a fundamental value on which different individuals shouldconduct their daily practice (Noddings, 2013). While going through different work, I comeacross various situations in which I need to choose one option. It is a tough job to make thedecision regarding which option is better as every situation has their own positives andnegatives. In order to take the correct decisions, it is better if right code of conduct is chosen. Tobe aware about the culture is equally important as it helps in developing knowledge regarding thesurroundings and behaviour as in this way, it becomes easy to work with others. Different peoplefrom distinct backgrounds have variety of beliefs which result in different reactions on the samesituations. Once the perspective of each other is understood it becomes easy to solve theirproblems at the same time when they occur. Apart from this, knowing the culture also helps in developing motivation strategies forworkforce as their areas of interest are identified through this process. It is the best manner tounderstand each other and complete given work in organisation. As the culture in organisation isof complex nature it becomes necessary to understand the work criteria of the company. Byanalysing the organisation culture, it becomes easy to communicate with each other so that theproductivity of company can be increased. Once the culture of an enterprise is understood,SMART objectives can be set which are suitable for company and can be achieved by theorganisation with given resources (Clastres, 2011). It is important that the time given for eachproject is enough so that timely delivery of services can be done as only than the end result willbe of great value.
