INTRODUCTION Reflective journals are those personal records of an individual which will help them to evaluate their experience of learning (Alt, Raichel and Naamati-Schneider, 2021). There are various kinds of models of reflection like Gibbs model of reflection, Kolbs model of reflection and many others which will help an individual to analyse their past experience. Gibbs model consist of six stages which are going to discuss in this report. The main purpose of this report is to evaluate the employability skills which are learned at schools and universities and few of the skills are learned outside schools and universities. MAIN BODY Gibbs model Gibbs model elements Descriptionof Gibbsmodel factors Application of Gibbs Stage1- Description Thiswill describethe situationasit occurs that what happen, who all are present at the situationand manyothers (Brugman and et. al., 2021). During my higher education, my teacher gave a group assignment and ask me to become the leader of that group. I have 5 members including me in my group. Teacher has asked us to prepare a online game to minimize plagiarism to help academic students. The concept of this game should be remove plagiarism with few fun activities. Teacher gave us a deadline of 25 days to complete this project. We have completed the project and submit it but after 2 days of deadline after taking permission from teacher. Stage2- Feelings Thiselement will describe the specificfeeling of an individual like what is felt by an individual, During this situation I felt nervous because teacher asked me to manage the whole group effectively. I felt that if I am unable to become good group leader then it may ruin my image in front of my teacher and whole class. Two of my group members did not like me and I felt that they are unhappy to obey my instructions as a group leader. 1

Few of the things went well during this situation and these things is that I learned some effective employability skills formyfuturegrowth.Ihavelearnedeffective communication skill. Communication skills are those skills which are required by an individual to express his ideas in front of others to influence them toward their message (Botirov and Haydarov, 2022). While working in a group I have learned this skill well. While working in a group I have to communicate my group members and from this team communication activity I learned this skill. Secondly, I have also learned team working skill because I have assigned task as per the skills and expertise of my group members.Forexample,Ihaveassigndatacollection activity to that individual who have effective skill and knowledge to collect data. I have also learned research skill. Few things went bad in the situation like the project is submitted after the deadline, we have submitted the project on 27thday. There are few skills which I am lacking behind like ICT skill, time and self-management skill and problem solving skill. Stage4- Analysis Thisisanother steptoexplain thatwhythings wentwelland whythingsdid notwentwell The things which went well is that I have managed my team effectively and this happen because I follow the procedureofmanagementofateamlikeIclearthe objectives and aim of my group and assign them task as per their skills and expertise. I am unable to solve few of the conflicts which create within our group because I am unable to understand the problem clearly and make a corrective decision. While making the game as per our project, none of us know programming and basic computer knowledge which is the biggest issues. Due to any minor technical issue, we need to call technical expert outside of our group which also make our project delayed to submit. Stage5- Conclusion Thiselementof Gibbs model will helptoanalyse thebasicand important learning from the situation.This will also analyse abouthowthe samesituation Aspermysituation,Ihavelearnedthatfewofthe employabilityskillsareessentialtolearnathigher education level. This will help me to start my professional career in a better way. Stage 6 of Gibbs model-Action Planis the last stage of Gibbs model where an individual will analyse their weak skills and they ways to improve them effectively. This will further help to analyse if the same situation have can occur again in future than what all new things which can be considered by the individual to make the situation better (Sibley and et. al., 2022). In case I have to face the same situation in future then I will make sure that I will work as per network diagram which will help me to analyse which task need to complete first and the appropriate time limit for the task completion. Secondly, I will also make sure from next time that I will include a group member in my group which knows technical skills and have good knowledge about computers and other digital tools.Continuing Professional Development is a type of self assessment plan which will help an individual to improve their weak skills (Koh, 2022).
