INTRODUCTION Reflection is defined as the process of engaging the self in critical, exploratory, iterative, etc. in order to learn form own experience.Reflective writing is found to be an analytical practice in which it is important for a writer to describe real or imaginary event with a personal reflection(Donyaie and Afshar, 2019). This report will cover some important topics regarding the group presentation. It uses a reflective model that every individual should explain their experience in an effective way. MAIN BODY Reflection with the use of model Description The class was divided into a team and given the task of group presentation (Bassot, 2020). I identify some points which should be developed in a group presentation that include presentationmoderator,understandingtheaudience,thepresentationpurpose(Adeani, Febriani and Syafryadin, 2020). I was became a team leader and discuss with my team members for the purpose of activities and responsibility of each person. Feeling I discussed with my group members related to their rules and responsibility. At that time, I developed communication skills(Choi, Tian and Stumph, 2022). When I am in college that time my team member give a presentation, they understandhe communication skill which is necessary for a presentation.I was clear concise and communicated goals and I felt that it should be communicate with my team member. Evaluation In the case of presentations where I decided to be a team leader, it becomes a very toughest job for me (Murillo-Llorente and et.al., 2021).I found that my overall experience was nice. During the conversation with my team members, I developed many skills such as communication, critical analysis, time management, presentation and many more skills. Analysis
I analysed from my experienced that a presentation plays a very important role in my personal and professional life. As a leader, it is very important to lead a team and for that purpose, leader should very enthusiastic, effective tone and body language. Conclusion I concluded after my analysis presented a team work is a very good way to convince the audience in an effective way. Every individual should improve their skills for presentation because it gives confidence and enthusiasm (Ahmed and Zaky, 2021). Action Plan After conclusion, I make an action plan for the effective presentation in order to improve. With action, plan individual achieve their goal. So there is an action that mentions below. SkillsWhy it choose?How to improve?How to measure? Presentation skills Presentationusedin professionallife.Itis important for the student as well as an employee. Useavisualaidfor effective presentation. Askquestionsto measurethe effectiveness. Focused on the audience It is very important because an effectivepresentation is made when it focused on its audience. It is necessary to be in mind every time that theiraudiencelistens toapresentation carefully. Audiencedirecteye contactwiththe presentation. Ability to keep thing simple Theaudienceeasilycan understandthepresentation when it is simple. Usesimplelanguage in the presentation. Are they raising their handsforaskinga question? TeamworkTeamwork is necessary for achieving the goal. Moreengagementof thepeopleimproves their teamwork. Theyappeartolook interested in what the presentation says.
