INTRODUCTION
The term personal development is a way to consists their activities to develop and assess
various skills and capabilities of an individual and consider to set goals and objectives in respect
to realise and maximise their potential skills (Ahmed and Ward, 2016). This development can
enhance their person knowledge and skills and determine how they can efficiently increase their
quality of life and dreams. The main aim of personal development is a long procedures and
maximize their potential skills and set goals to measure their qualities. Professional development
consists a learning part of specific person refers to a wide variety of training an formal education
that helps to improve their knowledge, competencies and their professional skills. The main
purpose is to manage and focus on various skills such as mental, physical and social skills. To
improve their knowledge in state to individual person and enhancing their student achievements.
In this module, they reflect employability and study skills which is related to communication
skills, research skills, teamwork, time management and problem solving skills.
MAIN BODY
Gibbs Reflection Cycle:
This term is developed by Graham Gibbs in 1998 to create a learning experiences and
offers a structure for study their experiences (Balbag, Yenilmez and Turgut, 2017). It is often
takes place many people think about experience level, activity and making them sensible own
actions. This model is a better way to work through experiences either they can stand alone and
there is action plan that become more general. It is better to be adjust and change their
behaviour. This model consists of six stages which are named as Description, Feelings,
Evaluation, Analysis, Conclusion and Action plan are as follows:
Description: To improve my employability and study skills for this assessment I have
joined a course of Business studies. During to my course, my mentor provide me and my team a
project and said to make a team of six people and complete their project on this time. I have
decided to distribute many sections like one person has complete another topic and other person
has compete another topic (Davies, Curtin and Robson, 2017). We should expected that complete
their project in afternoon before deadline. With related to this project, I have improved and
developed many skills like teamwork and communications skills for discussing their project. In
communication skills, it include both verbal or non-verbal whether it is face to face writing but
