Introduction
Continuous professional development is a process of evaluating, maintaining and
development of professional skills. These types of skills gained generally through training and
courses. By such development of skills helps individual in order to enhance their academic and
professional career in the life. The continues professional development developed better
thoughts, knowledge and values in professional career as well as direct the personal activities in
a meaningful direction. In the mentioned report will be highlighted the personal learning and
skills that gained through taking the part in university activities. The Gibbs reflective cycle will
be evaluate in this refection that will explore several study and employability skills that achieve
during the learning. At last an action plan will be develop in regard to the improvisation in the
skills for future guidance (Bougie, and Sekaran, 2019).

Description
This is the description of experiences that I gained through taking the part in university
activities. The activities which I performed provided me the good as well as bad experiences. At
the time of process I was engaged with several activities that helped me I recognise my personal
ability of doing the tasks. The universities was allotted the individual task that requires the
several skills to completion such project. For such project I researched a lot to collect the
relevant informations and data. We were also aligned in the group task with several guidelines to
follow in relation to perform such task. The learnings in the class helped me a lot in completion
of the project as well as I acquire the skills which is study and employability skills.
Meanwhile at the time of doing the assignments and projects my skills and ability were
tested. I faced several challenges at the time in dong the project. These complexions and
challenges has taught me to work smartly and precisely (Contreras, Edwards‐Maddox,2020). I
gave best of my potential and worked out of my comfort zone to deliver the effective outcome.
All of the above situation has increased my productivity and time management skills and also
developed the skills in order to perform the task in efficient manner.

In the starting of the project I was very excited and nervous at the same time. Because it
was new for me. I was very conscious in taking the steps during the project because of lack of
experience. Hence, to resolve such problem I regularly took the guidance of my mentor. They
calmed and motivate me through out the project. All the project which I was assigned came with
the time deadline. Due to such time scenario I got little bit worried. My colleagues and mentor
supported and encouraged me a lot which brings the confidence in my personality. Moreover, all
of the individual and group project assigned to us were submitted on time with academic
integrity. In instance to this at the time of group project we all were excited due to group
activities. But in middle of the project we faced several issues regard with thoughts conflicts ,
lack of proper communications and many more. All of these activity created so much complexity
which initially resulted in nervousness. But with the help of mentor motivation and time
management has boosted our self confidence (Grubaugh, and Flynn, 2018).
Evaluation
It is the evaluation of the activities that I faced during the participation in university
project and activities. All of these experience helped me in academic and future career. At the
time of performing of group task I learned several things like how to manage the team as well as
time management skills. In providing the plague free project we followed all the guidelines
which developed the skills of academic integrity as well as enhanced my study skills. Due to
such developed skills now I can easily perform such related task more deliberately in future. I
Learned the skill of time and self management by these activities. At the time of project we were
bound with time guidelines. To successfully perform the task I distributed the task according to
the time guidelines which brings the skill of time management in my life. I also developed the
skill of time management by solving the issues that we faced during the project regard to
communications barrier, time management and motivation.
All of these practices has helped in being ready for future and enhancing my personality .
I gained so much skills like team management, time management, problem solving skills .
These projects were also eliminated my nervousness regard to new projects (Nicolescu, and
Nicolescu, 2019). My confidence was also enhanced by the completion of the project that brings
the positive approach in my nature. In future I can easily manage such type of situation more
significantly.

At the time of performing the activities several experiences were gained which can be
evaluated. We faced the issues in completion of project due to lack of team management skills.
Before such situation I did not know how to handle such situation. But as I started the project I
created several attributes in personality such as project research that helped in determining
various insights regarding the project. In between the project I faced issue regard to my
individual as well as team project. By proper mentor guidance and class lectures help me a lot in
completion of project on time. The problem skills which developed during the project has build
the confidence in personality (Sera, and McPherson, 2019).
Conclusion
Throughout the project I learned several skills and knowledge and realise that every
hectic situation can be solved by proper management and utilization of resources. As mentioned
in the above reflective report I got nervous and tensed during the project due to unfamiliar with
such complex situation which I faced in during the project execution. Such incident has realised
me the importance of mentors guidance as well as developed my self confidence and developed
essential skills. The above stated experience has changed my perspective in a wider context and
also enhanced my ability in order to perform the task.
Action plan
on the basis of the experience that I gained in performing the activities in university, an
effective action plan is required that will help in enhancing my skills and knowledge for future
scenario. As reflected in the above report I faced several challenges and issues in completion of
the project. Hence, through dedicated action plan I can enhance my objectives that will surely
helps in future projects. This plan will improve my academic skills and knowledge that will
facilitate the effective learnings in my academic career. The created action plan is the
comprehensive of employability and study skills (Zhu, Bonk, and Doo, 2020).
