Introduction
Personalised learning is the way of learning where students make reflective reports of
them self that what they have learned and gained experience from the given module. It will
further help to analyse diverse variety of educational programmes and many others which further
help the students to identify where they are lacking behind to gain knowledge (Ghergulescu and
et. al., 2019). Analysing self strengths and weakness in learning criteria will help the students to
analyse where they can perform well and which subjects they need to improve well to achieve
their academic goals and objectives. It also help to enhance student's productivity by focusing on
each students appropriately and help them to analyse how they can enhance their learning habits.
This will also help to enhance those skills for students which is required in professional career.
Here, teacher mainly focus every students individually and when students get individual
attention than they will get more confidence and motivation to clear their doubts and understand
the concept of subjects more easily. The following report covers reflective analysis of 10 week
module.
Main Body
Week 1-
Here, in the first week of learning I get to understand about analysing skill and I get to
know that analysing environment is most important for me to understand the opportunities to
grab and threats to defend. I get to know that I have to make my learning fun loving and
excitement so that I will gain interest in learning various subjects. I can also enhance my
observing power so that I can able to observe the things and learn well. My teachers ask me to
link information with the given scenario and supposed to analyse the impact and effects. I can
also trust my learning method and make myself independent learner by trusting my own
intelligence. Hence, in this week I get to know about personalized learning and how this will
help me to enhance my personality and my professional career. Here, I learn about personalised
learning and how I felt positive after knowing that I have already developed few of the skills and
few are left to learn which I will work hard and learn as soon as possible.
Week 2-
In this week I get to know about reflection learning where I have worked with 5 members
and I have learned corporation skill (Ma, 2017). I get to know that with the help of reflection
learning I am able to analyse my strong and weak skills so that I will work on them to improve it

well. While working in a group I get to know that building relationship with team members is
essential to achieve group goals. Here, I also get to know that managing self emotions and
making decision against the emotion is good for the team. I should not include myself emotion in
making any professional decision. Social intelligence will help me to analyse how I will work
effectively with others within a team. I have also learned that Giibs and Kolb's learning model
will help me to analyse myself learning and my skills and weaknesses. Here, felt that while
working in a team I can enhance my most of the skills such as communication skill, team
working skill, coordination skill and many others.
Week 3-
Here, I get to know that self awareness is one of the most important things which will
help me to achieve the objective of self learning. Here, I get to know that communication skills
which are one of the most essential personal and professional skills to develop my personality
can be learned well by working with different groups and group activities (Tsatiris and
Karpouzis, 2021). It is also essential for me to lean problem solving skills and critical thinking
skills and I can learn these skills by activity based learning such as solving case studies. To
reduce ego I can attend various kinds of multicultural activities which further help me to enhance
my interpersonal skill. I felt that having proper awareness about the information and topic will
help to enhance knowledge and basic understanding about the concepts. In case I am aware about
the issue than I can try to solve it with basic idea but on the other hand, if am unaware about the
issue than I cannot solve any issue. Hence, awareness is most important to solve any issue.
Week 4-
Here, I have learned about academic writing. I get to know about the way I have to write
my academic reports and projects. I felt that that big paragraphs have to be avoided and the
content must be grammatically correct and it also have correct spelling. In case I will not copy
the content from any other source and write down the content in my own language than it will
reflect good and potential way of writing projects and assignments at my school. I also get to
know that I have to follow proper structure and the report should be organised well with proper
headings and subheading to make it clear to understand. Taking sources of valid writers will
make the written report more attractive.

Here, I get to know that academic writing need research work to gather that information
which is related to topic and sort out the information to avoid adding hose information which is
not required. Having formal language of essays will help to make it more attractive (Han and et.
al., 2020). Here, I get to know about the difference between reflective and non reflective
learning. I get to know that where I use about my own experience of learning that is called
reflection learning and it consist of using “I, me and myself” kind of words. On the other hand,
non- reflective learning is the type of learning where personal experienced is not discussed and
passive and logical thinking is also used in non- reflective learning. I have to focus on regular
feedback about my writing skills to analyse my weaknesses and mistakes to make it correct.
Week 6-
In this week I get to know about plagiarism. When a student copy someone's assignment
and project or they copy it fully from internet sources than it is called unethical practice by a
student and it further called plagiarism (Sarkar Arani and et. al., 2019). It is essential for me to
avoid plagiarism in my academic career. I felt that plagiarism will make students lazy and
promote their unethical behaviour. Hence, it is good that schools and colleges take strict actions
toward those students who conduct this academic misconduct. I can avoid my plagiarism my
writing my own project and check it by self too by using plagiarism tools. I must collect
information for my project from different books and journals to avoid plagiarism and secondly, I
have to write my project in my own language.
Week 7-
In this week I get to know that my enhancing engagement in my academic activities will
help me to avoid various kinds of academic misconducts such as plagiarism, cheating in exams
and many others. Here, I felt that I have to improve my engagement habit toward productive
activities. This will also help me to enhance my communication skill by developing strong
relationship with others and communicate with them on regular basis. Enhanced communication
skill will help me to develop my confidence and motivation level to ask my problems with
teachers and make it clear for myself development. Hence, I also get to know that effective
working environment will help me to develop those habits which are required to develop
personal and professional skills.
Week 8-

In this week I get to know about presentation skills which help me to understand how I
have to present any topic in front of audience. I get to know that in case of power point
presentation I have to focus on the font size, content and few other factors to make my PPT more
attractive for audience to read. I also get to know that if the topic which is chosen to represent
cover audience interest than it is good and help to gain their patience to listen the topic well. I
also get to know that formal clothing I will help to attract the attention of audience and using that
language only which is easily understand by the audience.
Week 9-
In this week I get to know that believing self ability and trusting my own intelligence will
help me to develop confidence in learning further more skills for my professional career (Tsatiris
and Karpouzis, 2021). I felt positive toward this topic due to my past experience. I am good to
trust my own intelligence. I have good confidence and self motivation power which will help me
to learn various professional skills and explore to new things. I also noticed that when I am able
to trust my own intelligence than I take more participation in school activities due to my
enhanced confidence. It is essential for me to keep my mind relaxed and balanced to observe
what is happening at my surroundings and try to learn from them. I also get to know that
academic writing will help me to improve my writing ability which will further help in
developing my personal and professional life.
Week 10-
In this week I get to know about employability skills which help me in developing my
professional career. I get to know about leadership skill which is used to influence people and
manage a team well. I felt that every task should be completed before due. This will help me to
become time punctual and dedicated toward my work. Analytical skill will help me to make
correct decisions to solve any issue. Management skill will further help me to manage my task
and team appropriately for achieving group goal.

Conclusion
It is concluded that various kinds of skills will help to develop personal and professional
career of a individual. Personalized learning will help to enhance productivity of student because
here they get to know about their strengths and weaknesses. Hence, they can work hard to
convert their weak skills into strong skills. It is also concluded that communication skill, time
management skill, analytical skills and many others are essential for professional development.
Plagiarism is academic misconduct which should be avoided in academic career as well as in
professional career.
