To what extent do you agree with the results of your Assessment quizzes?
I agree with the results of the self assessment quiz to a complete extent. I feel that the
results have really been much helpful in shaping my mind sets. I have been able to relate all
these ideas with the different situations that I felt while undertaking the test.
What have you learnt about yourself by completing this self-assessment?
I have taken the quiz the industrial project because I wanted to know about the different
areas of strengths and the weakness that are present within me. I will be using this information to
know that I am able to understand the importance of collaborative approach I have got this idea
from my self assessment that. I have got one insight from the test result that I do not are what
others think about my result (Pink, 2010). This is because I am motivated by intrinsic motivation.
However I will be working over this aspect and make sure that I am being able to think about the
impact that my actions would have on others. Therefore I will take this professional measure
right from this day so that I am able to understand about the feelings of others. I am fond of the
different challenges that are put in front of me. I will be using this in the current and the future
professional life. I will make sure that I am always supporting my team members by facing all
the different challenges and helping them with all the possible support.
I have also been able to understand that I like the challenges that they have set before me
and the ways on which I have been able to overcome them. I am not really fond of any rewards
(Schermerhorn, 2013). I take part in the activities because I feel that the tasks are enjoyable and
am good for my own self. However this practice is good and positive in one way as it will always
help me in putting forward a strong motivational factor and do all the different works with proper
precision without expecting anything in return.
