Introduction
This reflective report is to identify the significant sources utilised for supporting the argument
of the podcast we made. This reflective journal will also include a brief analysis of whatever
went well in our group task along with what could be upgraded if I would be involved in a
same task in the upcoming future. To do so, with the help of reflecting upon theory
application I will evaluate the effectiveness of all of the theories utilised during the group
task. In addition, my reflection will contain the reasons and supportive arguments about why
we all used those particular theories over other ones. Hence, both theory application and self-
reflection through Gibb’s model will be covered in this paper.
Besides, the paper will first reflect upon the second issue, my team faced while creating
podcast. Besides, this paper will explore the above with the help of examples. Furthermore,
paper will reflect upon the feelings and learning, which I have acquired while creating the
podcast with the help of reflective model proposed by Gibbs (Potratz, 2018). Finally, post
reflecting upon the above two parts, my reflective writing will contain my future action plan
in order to improve the second part of the reflection in near future.
