INTRODUCTION
An individual should involve in a process of their honest assessment in order to assess
their strengths and weakness with the help of self-reflection and introspection (Alonso-Belmonte,
2020). This will help them to analyze their skills and weaknesses to prepare an effective personal
development plan so that they can achieve success in their career life. Analyzing weaknesses will
help an individual to create an effective career and progression plan which will help them to
overcome their weaknesses. This reflective journal contains a proper assessment of my strengths
and weaknesses which has a great focus on my performance within my work life as I am
working as human resource manager in an organization which provides me several skills which
are essential for my improvement and are linked with the work based activities. I got feedbacks
which helps me to identify my strength and weaknesses so that I can achieve great success in my
professional life.
