I have a social-interpersonal way of learning. I feel that I have good social awareness and a good way
interacting with the people around be it a team member, a colleague or a complete stranger. This
learning style is generally out getting along well with people, respective their feelings and a common
progress through mutual understanding and experiences.

My Belbin team role is being the driver. I feel that I will always be working in a place which makes
me grow. With this ever growing vision I will always be having a all the positive points of that
working place and tasks that are being given. Hence helping others feel the same is one of the task
that I would work hard for. Through this I could help share the same vision that I have regarding the
workplace

My conflict style is accommodating of solving the conflict. In my vision first of all there must never
be a conflict because each and every member works for the betterment of the company or
organisation. Hence I try to solve the conflict by understanding the perspective of another person.
Because I believe everyone has a point it is best to understand the perception of one's own team

My leadership style is coaching style. I consider myself as a person who is good in communication
and hence even good in establishing a sense of understanding. I believe leaders are the most
important part of the team as they set the pace for the whole team. Coaching style helps keep a
smooth working environment.

In support of this style I have induce quick change and modification and it consist of dominance,
influence, steadiness and compliance under which overall behaviour of mine is advanced in better
mode. For this I have developed myself in better way and through this cautious change is induced
and along with this supportive changes are induced in favourable manner. In this I have felt some
difficulties as well and it is also affect decision making abilities of mine as well.

It indicates better personality change and modification and with this sustained level of development
is induced under which I have developed myself as a well personality and for this optimised career
choice is developed, better pathway to attain long term success and growth also get measured in
