INTRODUCTION
Reflective approach of learning refers to those approach under which the learner has evaluate
their past experiences and events to make their process of learning. There are large number of
mistakes has made by the person in their life which makes them ineffective but it becomes
beneficial for them if they analyse these mistakes and learned new lessons of life. It is very
important for the person that they analyse the events and mistakes they have made in their past
effectively so that important lessons can be learned from these and becomes able not to make
these types of mistakes in their life. Reflective approach of learning is an effective and modern
way which is used by many people and the reason for their success is their high results. There are
different types of models are present in this approach of learning such as Gibbs. This report
provide description of this along with their practical applicability.

Gibb's model of reflection
Reflection refers to those tool of the market under which the person has express their past
experience in their personal language. It is one of the important tool which helps the individual
to reflect their personal views and suggestions on any topic. One of the important and valuable
model are present which helps to make the reflection in systematic way which is called Gibbs
model of reflection. There are six factors are present in this model which helps to express the
personal experience (Dahl, Peltier and Schibrowsky, 2018) . It is required us to provide
reflective description related to reflective approach of the learning and the brief discussion
related to the same are given below:
It is our class of communication where the professor has asked from me about reflective
learning approach. It is their sole will that the project related to reflective approach of learning
has created in the class so that all the students can take benefit from that. They have provide this
project to me and some other class mates of mine.
At the time when professor has given this work of the project to me I feel fear and a
feeling of anxiety has developed in my personality because this project are pretty new for me. It
is one of the valuable project which helps me to develop my confidence level. At the last of this
project I am able to do these type of projects because of great learning process.

There are both positive and negative dimensions are present in the concept of reflective
learning. The reflective learning approach has promotes the idea of informal learning which is
not suitable for the career of the individual. The positive part of reflective learning approach is
their multiple dimension of the learning.
The good part of this this approach of learning is that it helps me to develop feeling of
confidence in my personality which helps me to improve my learning skills. This also enable me
to reflects the feeling of merits so that I can do these type of projects again in my life.

is very important for me that I have develop the skills of reflective learning so that I can able to
develop these type of reports again in my life (Fantinel, Cenedese and Fadel, 2021) . There are
different types of skills I have developed on this project such as communication skills, learning
skills and many more. All these skills are very important for me because it enables me to develop
learning in my life.

has developed the learning approach which helps me to convey my personal feeling on different

disables me to achieve the success in life. The availability of the feedback helps me to improve
this bad habit and achieve the goals of the company.
Feed forward is the reverse action of the feedback because feed forward involves the
removal of positive and negative feedback from the matter on the basis of the future orientation.
There are many differences are present in both the topics as feedback contains different types of
criticism while in the feed work the part of the criticism are taken by the suggestions and
