management activities as well as their own development. I learnt that an individual could only
grow by giving time for learning new things and implement in two practical ways by taking
initiative into organisation so that it could achieve higher position and within the organisation.
Working with different individuals who have their own opinions and criteria regarding working
it give me e a new concept of developing myself to be a better employee into future(Frisk, and
Bannister, 2017). I also learnt that how to solve business problems and motivate each and every
person on regular basis is not an easy task as it requires a lot of personal efforts and a positive
mind set with a calm behaviour. These are the personalities of leader which I met in Tesco. They
are so polite and generous in the working so that no person would feel less valuable and give
their best contribution in to organisation working. Development is an essential part of
organisation which provides to their employees in order to fulfil their personal goals by giving
higher positions, reward and affiliation. To handle all the group together in order to work on a
single goal with different working prospective is what the leaders do for or it's group. In order to
grow my potential to be a leader is what I am for and will definitely achieve by taking inspiration
from my experience and put the learning stages of maintaining people together so that
organisation goals and objective will be fulfil effectively. Also by walking into the company, I
learn to be in equality and do not support discrimination as all the individuals are different in
terms of their norms and beliefs which create a Unique Identity. I learn to deal with
discrimination and differences in myself which make me e more motivated towards learning and
achieving that difference as I analysed my communication skills not so effective which makes
me e provoke to work on it.
Theme 2: groups, teams and leadership
I have analysed that there were leaders set out for each department and they make their own
group of 5 to 6 employees and all the employees are guided and instructed through their
respective leaders. These leaders play an important role in guiding and completing organisation
task. They are the mentor for their followers the instructions matters a lot and being an
inspiration for others by their confident personalities(Kitchin, 2017). I learnt that working in two
group and teams give a unique self-motivation and opportunities to learn from others also. And
individual would not feel down whenever it gets stuck with some confusion or crisis the team
will be there to support him or her. So that working in to the teams was my best experience as it
gave me people and knowledge both Crisis and situation in which some individual could not
grow by giving time for learning new things and implement in two practical ways by taking
initiative into organisation so that it could achieve higher position and within the organisation.

and every person by motivating them through giving rewards and appreciation. The ideas which
I intake from working into Tesco will be e best suitable for my future development when I see
myself as a leader. I will be confident and a great personality that people will rely upon so that I
could achieve my goals within a stipulated time. This learning process will help me in my future
development effectively be working with teams and Groups give me e-knowledge of what is
right and wrong between any situations(Luu, 2017). I learnt to be polite and generous to work
with other people as they get value by positive attitude and a checked work criteria will be a best
combination that could fulfil the goal of maintaining interpersonal relationship as well as
accomplishment of targets and task assigned by leaders to their subordinates. These are worked
as a opportunities that I undertook by working as a receptionist and I analysed work is so easy
when it divided into groups and the followed path of leaders.
Theme 3: organization system and development
Organizational Culture we meant personality of organization where we can see the distinct
behaviour pattern of individuals. The process of corporate culture is based on some assumptions,
beliefs, norms, values or tangible signs. Everyone knows that culture of any corporate company
can be differing from organization to organization. I have learned from my work experience in
Tesco Company that culture can affect the behaviour pattern to manage the internal and external
operations. It is important to the Tesco that creates environment within the organization to work
regularly with their employees. The respective company also involved all kinds of individuals
who have different way and level of thinking. They make their employees to work harder to get
the best outcomes for the company. Tesco also focus on trust and respect to their employees and
appreciate their work so that they feel recognized and rewarded where they can get the chance to
get on(Pakdil, and Leonard, 2017). Managers over their also support their employees and team
members in their skills development so that they can achieve more target customer and increase
the market share in retailing industry. HR Managers of the Tesco plays a significant role in
maintaining a strong culture as they select an appropriate candidate who shares the beliefs and
values. They provide training and management programs that shapes the core value of the
company. As I experienced if the company did not make efforts on culture’s effectiveness it can
bring down the company’s reputation and employees will point out their leadership skills. It
could affect the employee’s disengagement, poor customer relations, decrease the productivity
and every person by motivating them through giving rewards and appreciation. The ideas which

could affect the employee’s disengagement, poor customer relations, decrease the productivity

and also increase the employee’s turnover. The structure of the company relates to the part or
sections of the Tesco. It affects the success of the company in carrying out its strategies and their
goals. We can understand the structure as a method by which work flows from top to bottom
level in the organization. It gives permission and groups were created over there to work together
within their individual capacities to manage their activities. Traditional organizational pattern
have a tendency to be more formalized where people were grouped in finance or operations
department or region or in product line (Ritchey, 2018). But to respond changes, less traditional
structures were used as they are more flexible to practice. But in current situation they are
changing rapidly from virtual to other flexible structure. It increases their global presence and is
able to serve from many countries. The structure of organization creates gaps in roles; make
communication more complicated to top level authorities. The change is the need to improve
performance and succeed in the competitive market. If the does not focus on the change
sometimes it demoralize the employees and leads the company to fail. Leaders are daring to take
chance in risks as they are required to look at the big picture and clear the high level change, they
make it vibrant that why it is important to company and also motivate employees to
support(Xiao, Zhang, and de Pablos, 2017). They are more focused on making business moves
successful. But overall, employees understand the interdependencies of such business elements
and the requirement to adapt speedy change as these are essential for the success of high
performance.
CONCLUSION
The report has concluded that there are many more to learn by walking into an organisation
which gives an enormous experience of working with teams group and leaders. It has learn that
organisation is a pool of opportunities in terms of development and career growth by enabling
performance and achieving targets. Therefore working in two groups and follow instructions of
leaders is essential to gain potential knowledge and skills regarding working effectively that
make one capable to contribute effectively into organisation.
