INTRODUCTION Reflective Learning refers to the use of the reflective models in a proper way so that the managementof thevarioustypesof needsandrequirementscan bedone and thusthe conclusions and recommendations can be drawn in the right manner(Bylica, Roland and Benjamins, 2021).These needs and requirements can be related with the development of appropriate learning skills and abilities in the learners so that they are able to ensure that the proper management of the syllabus in the Academic Subjects can be carried out by them in a proper manner. In this report, a detailed discussion will be made on the way in which the use of reflective learning can be made so that the past experience can be recounted andtherefore the rectifications can be made if necessary. In the report discussion will be made in the way in which the use of reflection should be made as a student so that the enhancement in the skills and competencies can be done in a proper manner. MAIN BODY Kolb's learning cycle- This is a model in which there are various types of stages. It is necessary to properly understand this particular model so that the reflection can be made on the past experience quite properly(Clapper and Leighton, 2020). This will therefore help in ensuring that the rectifications can be made in the future if they are necessary. This cycle has various type of stages. An explanation of these stages can be made as follows- Concrete Experience- This is the stage where the experience is undertaken. Therefore, it can be stated that at this particular stage it is quite necessary that a person is able to fully understand the experience which he/she is having which is quite helpful. As a student I have been in various situations through which I have gained appropriate experience which has helped me a lot in the future quite effectively and efficiently. Reflective Observation- This is the stage where the reflection on the experience is provided. Thus, it can be stated that at this particular stage a person needs to make sure that he/she is able to reflect back on the experience which he/she had quite appropriately so that the right steps can be taken for the future. As a student I need to make sure that I make these observations so that I am able to ensure that I can excel in my Academic Subjects by learning from past mistakes. 1
Abstract Conceptualisation- This refers to the stage where the conclusion from the experience is obtained. Therefore, it can be stated that a person here has to make sure that he/she is able to ensure that the conclusion on this particular experience can be obtained which will help in framing the strategy to be applied in the future quite effectively and efficiently in the right manner. I need to make sure that I draw out these conclusions so that I am able to make sure that the overall management of my work can be done by me in a right way. Active Experimentation- This is the stage the experimentation is done by applying the ideas in quite a proper manner effectively and efficiently. Thus, it can be stated that at this particular stage the use of strategy can be made by ensuring that the future needs and requirements can be met in a right way. This will therefore help in ensuring that the future goals and objectives are attained effectively and efficiently by a person. As a student it is quite necessary to experiment so that the necessary needs and requirements can be fulfilled. Use of formative feedback- Formative Feedback is quite useful for ensuring that the comments are provided in a right manner on the Formative Work which has been done by a student (Colomer and et.al., 2020). Thus, by providing a detailed Formative Feedback the right level of improvements can be made in the Summative Work as and when necessary. This can be done because through the Formative Feedback a student gets the opportunity to be able to make the required level of improvements as and when necessary. This can therefore lead towards improvement in summative work and therefore a student will be able to obtain good marks in the assignments and projects which he/she has been given in the university. In the Formative Feedback, the lecturer can make sure that the small mistakes which have been made by the student can be pointed out which will thereby help the student to be able to take the right course of action and therefore make the appropriate level of rectifications as and when required. This can help the students to excel in the Academic Subjects which can thus help them a lot in the future. Also, the use of Formative Feedback is quite important to be made so that a person is able to attain thevarious types of goals and objectiveswhich have been set in the future. Therefore, in this way it can be stated that this is essential and should be done so that the degree can be completed in the right way quite effectively and efficiently in a proper manner. Therefore, as a student I need to make sure that I find out my Academic needs and requirements so that they can be fulfilled quite effectively and efficiently. Development of appropriate understanding of the culture- It is quite essential that the development of appropriate understanding of the culture is done through studying this particular degree. This can be extremely helpful in ensuring that the proper analysis of the culture can be carried out quite effectively and efficiently so that the attainment of the future goals and objectives can be carried out. Development of the understanding of culture of various countries can be done so that the people are able to make sure that the attainment of the goals and objectives. 3
Developing proper etiquette- The development of the proper etiquette is quite essential and should be carried out so that the proper behaviour can be ensured. Therefore, in this way it can be said that this can help in ensuring that the required level of adjustment can be made according to the culture of the country in quite a proper manner so that the attainment of the goals and objectives in the future can be done. This is needed so that a person is able to learn the way in which the right display of etiquette can be done by him/her. Importance of Peer-to-Peer Support and Team Working- Both of them are quite important so that the learning experience can be enhanced(Jones and Conner, 2020). This is due to the following reasons- Development of the skills- The use of both of them is important so that the appropriate development of the various types of skills can be carried out(McLeod and et.al., 2020). In this way, it can be stated that the students will be able to make sure that the use of these type of skills can be made by them so that the attainment of the academic goals and objectives can take place. Development of teamwork skills, cooperation and coordination skills, communication skills, networking skills has been done by me. Timely completion of tasks- The university students are allocated various types of tasks which are required to be completed within a group(Warda, 2021). Therefore, it becomes necessary that the use of both of them is made so that the tasks can be completed by the group members within the allocated period of time.Thus, it is necessary that the tasks are completed within time. Enhancement in efficiency and effectiveness- The use of both of them can be made so that the enhancement in the efficiency and effectiveness level can be done. Thus, in this way it can be stated that the university students can thus make sure that they are able to manage out their particular level of needs and requirements in an appropriate manner. As a student this is quite important so that the necessary adjustments are made which will be really helpful in attaining Academic Excellence. Providing feedback- It is also important that the right feedback is provided by the students to each other in the group so that they are able to find out the scope through which they can make the necessary improvements quite effectively and efficiently. Therefore, in this way it can be stated that the university students will be able to make 4

This is quite crucial so that the university students are able to work upon the feedback by making necessary improvements in their work. Providing help- It is necessary that the use of both of them can be made so that the help can be provided as and when required. Therefore, it can be stated that this can help the university students to be able to manage out their work requirements in quite a proper manner. Students can make sure that they assist each other so that they are able to develop teamwork and attain the necessary goals and objectives. Therefore it is quite crucial for the students to help each other out so that they are able to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness quite properly and appropriately. Problem-Solving- It is quite important that through making the use of both of them the identification of the various types of problems can be carried out. Therefore, in this way it can be stated that the solution to these problems can be done which will help in making progress in the academic subjects and attaining good marks. CONCLUSION From the above report, it can be concluded that Reflective Learning refers to the way in which the use of reflection can be made so that the students are able to reflect back on the past and improve themselves in the future.
