INTRODUCTION
As reflective commentary basically allows individual to explain about their understanding
and knowledge which is related to higher education orientation. It is necessary for individual to
identify its success criteria which is to be taken as a success orientation in business and
Management. It is necessary to have a reflective approach of learning that could provide
individual for generating their career growth in different areas (Japee and Oza, 2021). Effective
career growth reflective commentary provides an advantage towards learner to have an idea
about certain aspects which could be present in individual for improving their learning
experience. Reflective learning provides help to individual for gaining and experience in a
particular field that could enhance their skills for development (Gunel, 2021). This reflection is
based on orientation for having success in higher education of an individual. It consists an
explanation of reflective approach of learning which carries its relevance and if explain through
Gibbs reflection model. It identifies about implementation of formative feedback which is
required to inform as well as improve summative assessment, cultural and behavioural
expectations which is required by individual for studying degree in business and Management,
relevance of peer to peer support as well as team working for improving learning experience
along with its conclusion.

Due to covid-19 pandemic it has created a large impact on hospitality, travel as well as
leisure sector. It becomes difficult for hospitality business is to perform their business practices
well. It has been determined that effects of COVID-19 has spread across global world as well as
it has also impacted on hospitality and travel sector. It has evaluated that due to this pandemic
disease it has impacted sales and revenues of hotel sector. It has created a wide impact on hotel
sector in terms Some of impacts that are being faced by hospitality sector due to covid-19 with
reflection are as follows:
From this I am able to analyse that there are various impact on hospitality and leisure
sector which has been created due to COVID 19 through Gibbs reflection model that are as
follows:

Description: In this component I have determined that hospitality, travel as well as
leisure sector are drastically impacted by COVID-19. I am now able to understand about impact.
This concept has gave me idea about impact of disease which has affected business practice.
Feelings: As I was feeling very worthy that I got a chance to carry study on this topic. It
was my immense pleasure to carry analysis which could examine impact of coronavirus disease
on hotel sector.
Analysis: With this I am able to analyse that certain impact are that it becomes difficult
for hospitality sector and travel tourism to manage their payment towards suppliers (Gamlath,
2021). It has minimised all discretionary operational as well as capital expenditure that could
postpone maintenance and other capital expenses. I analysed that there are some of financial
impact also which has been created on hotel sector and it could create a barrier in working of
hotel practices.
Evaluation: From this reflection I have evaluation that there are positive or negative
experience of Covid19 situation which will be affected on hospitality industry as well as affected
cash flow and their profitability in business enterprise. There are also some financial impact that
are evaluated by me is that It becomes difficult for hospitality sector and travel and tourism to
highlight their funding needs along with assessing equity or debt funding measures. It leads to
ensuring apply for tax refunds along with other financial relief measures.
Conclusion: From this discussion I came on to conclusion that this situation down guest
confidence also because communication skills play a lead role to assure their staff environments
for different different hotels. Along with some of other impact that could be came into
conclusion that Covid-19 has affected every factor of human life in economically as well as
socially across global world. It could lead to trains from postponement of many social and
cultural events that are being planned with centres of learning on international borders. Due to
covid-19 it has impacted travel restrictions as well as social distancing policies that could effect
on hotel industry along with travel and tourism for customers (Punti and Dingel, 2021). It travel
and tourism and accommodation services due to lockdown which has been performed to control
spread of disease. And there is extended cash flow forecast for or different months for dealing
with presence in address to understand critical cash points along with any breaches of lending
covenants.

Action plan: From this evaluation I am now able to understand about impact of disease
and for that there are certain action plan which are to be taken. As in order to solve this certain
safety methods are to be taken by hotels along with leisure so that there sales revenues could be
recovered and they could be able to generate customer base.

work.
In universities has most visible assessment that are generally summative and tutors are
implementing formative assessments approach along with different techniques that are prepared
in a better manner for meeting up a good learning of individuals for fulfilling their requirement
(Lincoln and Stanley, 2021). Tutors are basically using differentiation along with adaptation way
of teaching for raising level of student learning and achievement. So that they could be able to
accomplish higher equity of results. In relation to carrying on paramedical assessment of learning
in a reflective way it is necessary for students to carry out formative assessments so that they
could be able to identify various topics which are to be covered in summative assessment and
could gain a brief idea about learning knowledge. As it provides about a brief idea that could
increase knowledge base of individuals in different levels (Phuong and Nguyen, 2021). As
formative assessment are basically contrasted through summative assessments that are
implemented for analysing learning method along with achievement of a proper as well as
accurate conclusion of a particular instructional period. Relevance of summative as well as
formative assessment in a training program basically difference in formative which are
implemented for understanding better learning experience while summative assessment is
basically used for tracking up progress of individual at their end of lesson (Burke and Larmar,
2021). Summative assessment tells about learning of student over a time period by having
different analysis for providing a deep learning.
Identification of cultural as well as behavioural expectations of studying for a degree in
business and management.
It has been identified that there are cultural and behavioural expectations which are performed by
individual for standing for a degree in business and Management. As in order to pursue degree in
business and Management there are certain reasons which could lead individual student to pursue
with effectiveness (van Halem, van Klaveren and Cornelisz, 2021). There are some of cultural
and behavioural expectations that are to be performed by students in order to pursue degree in

business and Management. Some of cultural and behavioural expectations of individual for
pursuing a degree in business and Management are as follows: Employability: It is identified to be a behavioural expectation of individual for
performing business and Management degree. They Expects that in order to have a
learning in business and Management they want to get effective and good employability
for improving their career growth. This expectation is undertaken as expectation for
getting employability for building a good career for having a social profile. Learning of management skills: Another expectation which is to be generated by
individual is to have a learning about their management skills so that they could develop
their learning on different bases for having a knowledge and understanding with different
concept that are related to business and Management which consist of leadership,
management and other factors (Gowda and Suma, 2021).
 Improved working culture: This element is taken under cultural expectation of individual
for carrying degree in business management. It is to be provided with effective working
culture so that they could be able to concentrate on their work without having any
disturbance and confusion (Varghese, 2021). As this expectation leads in providing
effective working culture for studying.
Relevance of peer to peer support along with team working for enhancing learning
experience.
As students could learn a great experience by explaining their ideas to other individuals
along with participating in different activities in which they could learn from their peers (Mok
and Marginson, 2021). The generally develop skills in terms of organising and planning for
learning working practices, working collaboratively with other individuals along with giving
them feedback for evaluating their own learning. Peer learning is an educational strategy with
could and compass with a broad sweep of activities and it improves learning of individuals by
participating in different activities in a team. In order to have success in higher education it
becomes essential for individual to carry peer learning as well as team working for performing
different courses that could improve their learning experience (Osborne and Strokosch, 2021).
As formalized learning could help individuals in learning effectively. In relation to business and
Management at a time when universities resources are stretched and demand that could be
carried upon staff which are increasing and it offers students an opportunity to learn from other

individuals. It helps in providing effective learning by considering with more practice than
traditional teaching along with learning method are to be taken as a responsibility for or
generating skills and reflecting upon experience learning. It helps in identifying when learners
are working in peer groups as well as teams it could lead to change their attitudes towards
learning and as a result they could get effective learning from other individuals also. Along with
Team working could lead to fosters a personalised learning experience of individuals so that their
personal development could be improved more
CONCLUSION
From above analysis it has been concluded that reflective learning is an element which is to
be utilised by individual in order to improve its skills for or performing a particular task and
gaining experiences. This reflective summary identify is about relevance of reflective learning
approach in an individual’s life that provides certain experiences to individual which is to be
utilised in its life cycle. It explains about implementation of formative feedback which is
required for forming along with improving their summative assessment work so that it could be
assessed well. There are also cultural and behaviour expectations that are to be fulfilled by
individual in order to study for a degree in business and management in order to build its career
well. It is also necessary for individual to carry peer to peer support along with team working
skills so that its learning experiences could be improved in different ways. As explains about
