INTRODUCTION Reflective learning is the active learning that is not assist the managing the work butit also helps in managing the assignment of the student in an given period of time. With this, student can rightly understand their personal learning behaviour and the identifies their strengths and weaknesses(Steen-Utheim and Foldnes, 2018).It is basically considered as the method that helps in managing the unconscious task and give them the knowledge so that they can look into the matter in an appropriate manner and deal with the actions. Moreover, Reflective learning helps the student in their further studies and this not only provide he various types of working to the student but also provide them the feedback of their working by which they can rightly improve their overall working and tackle the certain issues which is being faced by them so that they can manage their working in the given learning. This respective essay will cover the Gibbs reflection life cycle & description of the reflective approach to the feedback and feed-forward. Moreover, itwill cover the various methods which improves the overall formative and summative assessment. TASK Reflective is being defined as the analysation of the people, their own skills & experience which is not only helps in managing the learning. It is being considered as the vital methods in whichtheleadersmanagetheirlearningandgettheprofessionaldevelopmentandself confidence with self-awareness. In the year of 1998, GIBBS Reflective cycle is being formed by Graham Gibbs. It is the structure which have given by them through an individual can easily manage their learning experience. There are certain types of methods also the ways which is being evaluated with the help of reflective cycle so that people can rightly whether this assists in appropriate management or not. This respective cycle integrated with six stages and the descriptions being done on the first stage in which the individual explains the given situation with the proper details that includes the situation happened and the outcome get from the situation. This basically applies all the information of the situation that is surrounded and going to take place(Tharayil and et. al., 2018).In the second stage, feelings of the individual is being describes, individual usually describe and evaluates their feelings that are being made during their experience. As the inner instincts also the thoughts of the people are given by then that are running in the mind of the people while they are doing nay sort of work through any or the given
situation. Better evaluation is being analysed as the third stage of this respective model in which all the negative and the positive situation has been determined. This also assist the people in managing the emphasis on the areas in which they are lacking and going through certain challenges. Next stage of this respective model is analysis in which the person or only get the opportunity to analyse all the events but this also helps them to reframe and determined all the given situation in context to the loopholes as due to which the given events is not organised properly. The next stage is the conclusion in this model, in this all the actions, knowledge and results are being summarise that are being used by the individual due to such events. Last stage of this model is the Action plan, that is being considered as the most vital phase and this basic stage made the individual to conduct all the related task and the given assignment by which they can rightly complete the given task and remove what is not needed in the given situation. In this, the realisation of the given work is being done and skills has been developed so far. The feedback is being refereed to the review of the task that are being given to the people on the given situation or the work that are being performed by the student. Majorly, feedback has taken by such individuals who are more expert in the field and they are having the specific skills in consideration to the given work. As the feedback is being collected from the individuals may be positive or negative, by doing so, individual get all the necessary information in context to the given performance. Whereas, the process of feed-forward is basically different from the given process of feedback. By using such theories or concept, individual can replace their work that is being done by them by which they can manage their given work and achieve the effective management to have their working so that they can rightly achieve the overall working in their given learning(Bean and et. al.,2018).With the help of this process, people can replace the work that is being done by them so that they can manage their given task in order to attains the effective management by which they can rightly achieve the future objectives. This is the plan that is given by the superior to the subordinate by which they can manage all the give situation and handle them in an appropriate manner. The respective process of feedbacks and feed-forward is effectively analyse by the people with the use of this GIBBS reflective cycle. This cycle is being considered as the major part which is being seen in this stage. With the help of action plan sages, an individual can easily analyse and make their goals and programme by which they can manage their given work in an appropriate manner.

Additionally, the tactics can be developed by which they can make their bright career. CONCLUSION It is being summarised from the above essay that reflective learning is the vital technique through which the student not only gain the effective learning but it basically analyse the strengths and weakness. With the help of GIBBS model, there are certain method of reflection and the individual experience in which feedbacks and feed-forward is the technique which ensures the future programme in an appropriate manner. Moreover, there is the signifiant of formative and summative assessment in the overall working by which they can maintain their future goals by the student.
