Introduction
The learning is continuous process for a student which helps them in enhancing their
skills and capabilities and move them towards continuous growth and success effectively, in
order to achieve the career goals the success in the higher education becomes very essential for
them and which can only be done through continuous learning and enhancing their skills
effectively. This report helps highlights the reflective learning, use of effective formative
feedback for the students along with the skills to successfully improve and learn in the
university. In addition to this the importance of the formative assessment to the students along
with the swot analysis is also mentioned in this report.
Area of Learning
Learning plays an essential for the growth and development of the students in the studiers
and future career development, in order to achieve desired goals and objectives continuous
learning becomes very essential for the students in their higher education as it helps them in
enhancing their skills and knowledge effectively. From the module I have learned regarding the
reflective learning for the students along with the use of formative feedbacks as the getting the
feedback help the students in evaluating their performance so that they can further improve their
performance and achieve desired goals and objectives. From the module I have also learned
about the skills required by the students in order to be successfully learn things in their university
life, there are numbers of skills that can be enhanced by the students in their university life which
will allow them to achieve desired goals and objectives additionally build their confidence.
Module helped me to analyse the skills that should be learned by the students in their university
which will also help them to be successful in the university and future career development
effectively. In addition to this from the module I have also learned about the benefits of the
formative assessment, the formative assessment helps in students to get the ongoing feedback
which can be effectively used by the instructors in order to enhance their teaching also. And
lastly I have learned about the swot analysis for the students which helps in analysing the
strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of the students effectively, analysing this will help
students to further improve their performance effectively and also utilise the opportunities
available for them.

Reflective learning is
the process by which

Formative feedback
is the systematic
process which is
helpful for the
teacher and the
