INTRODUCTION
Reflective learning is the process of the active learning that assist in doing an assignment
of the students and also managing their work. With the support of it a person can examine their
strength and weakness as well as their personal learning. It is being known as the process that
assist in maintaining the unconscious events and also gives the knowledge to effectually work
with more actions (AKARSU, 2022). This supports the students in their academic studies and it
also gives the several kinds of working pattern to the pupils as well as provide them with
feedback in link to every problem that can be encountered by them in the other projects. The
following essay will cover about the Gibbs reflection life cycle and the description of the
reflective way to the feed forward and feedback. In addition to it, this essay also cover about the
several methods in accordance to better the summative and formative assessment.
TASK
Reflection is known as the evaluation of a person's own capabilities as well as expertise
that helps in managing the work and also support in learning. It is being known as the most
crucial way that supports the students maintaining and increasing their confidence and self
awareness. In the year 1998, Graham Gibbs introduced the Gibbs reflective cycle. An effectual
structure has given by them by which a person can conveniently evaluate that whether it supports
in appropriate management and working (Burke-Sullivan, 2022). This reflective cycle consist of
around six stages. Description is known as the initial stage in which a person represents every
circumstance. The condition has been represented with suitable things like what is the situation
and what is the effect of such situation. It show that every data and information of the situation
that are going to occur. Next stage of this cycle is Feelings. In it a person can effectually
determine and understand all their feeling that are made by them at time of learning. Every
thought as well as internal instincts has been given through it that are functioning in the mind of
a person while conducting any project. In addition to it, third stage of this cycle is Evaluation and
this refers to all the negative as well as positive features of the condition which has been
examined and evaluated. In this stage, person responsible for the analysis of the work which is
done by him. This assist a person in maintaining as well as managing their concentration on the
elements in which they lack and encountering the several difficulties. Moreover to it, analysis is
