According my point of view, digital communication is the use of internet to communicate.
These are the efforts of the business organisation to interact with the stakeholders. The aim is
to let the customers know about all the information about the company.

Explain how digital tools can be used for written and verbal communication
I understand that digital tools play an essential role in digital communication. They facilitate
the work of business and help them to communicate with the customers. For example, the
blogs published by the company on the website are part of written communication. They are
read by customers and are attracted (Sashi, 2021). I also analysed that videos are posted on
the social media channels that show verbal communication and is more effective way of
digital communication.
How effective communication in the digital age is essential
Effective communication plays a critical role in interacting with the customers and to let
them know about the updates done by the company. It is necessary in the digital age to have
regular interaction with the customers and let them know about the changes that take place in
business (Raets and Janssens, 2021). I have understood that there are so many benefits of
having effective communication. This directly attracts the customers towards the business. It
also helps in enhancing the sales of the business.
