INTRODUCTION
Development is terms of employability allow individual to gain new skill and knowledge
through which they can reach towards new heights (Fasbender and Klehe, 2019). There are
number of roles as well as responsibilities that are by an individual to accomplish their
professional life goal, for this learning to new skills and techniques facilitate an individual to
assure their development and growth. Knowledge of new skills enhances capabilities of an
individual through which they can achieve their objectives and goals with great effectiveness.
Present report include reflection of interpersonal skills in which strength and weaknesses are
going to be evaluated. Along with this, report include Personal development planning.
MAIN BODY
In current marketplace, it is essential for an individual to have access of different types of
skills as it allow them to enhance their growth and development opportunity for employment. It
has been analysed by me that I have number of skills such as time management skill, team
working skill, innovative skill and negotiation skill through which I have opportunity to enhance
by career opportunities. However, I lack in some skills like technical as well as decision making
skill. Ineffectiveness of these skill have tendency to have negative impact on my future growth
and development. In order to overcome this, a personal development plan has been developed by
me. This plan will aid me to undertake significant activities with the use of efficient resources to
gain learning of these skills in desired framework of time.
Need to improve employment prospects
Economic conditions, higher expectations from employer, necessity and more career
growth are some of the aspects or elements that generates need to improve employment
prospects (Ferguson, 2018). It has been evaluated that there some certain skills like time
management, negotiation and team working that has been possessed by me. However, due to
inefficiency in some skills like technical, decision-making, creativity and emotional I lacks in
undertaking opportunity for more career growth. It also affects my ability to accomplish my set
goals and targets in effective manner.
