INTRODUCTION As perWaltz and Bansell, the term research is defined as the formal and systematic process which is used to obtain the various solutions to the issues in order to determine the facts and relationships (TANZANIA LEARNING RESOURCES). The reflective model will be used is the Gibbs model will be used as it was established in the year of 1988 by Graham Gibbs. It is used for the main purpose of providing the main structure to learning from experiences. This model includes six stagesand these stages areknown for presenting a framework for examining each stage of experience. This model is connected with learning from various situations that take place in the process of research (Privitera and Ahlgrim-Delzell, 2018). This model is said to be exclusive as it contains various feelings, acts & information and the individual can inspect their conditions. MAIN BODY For further understanding, six stages are explained below- 1.Description-The main target of the research is to highlight the topic of unemployment with a proper explanation of the whole term unemployment with its quantification and analysis of data (Orth and Maçada, 2021). Along with it, I got to know about the visualization of the data with the help of a graph in order to have an understanding of the topic that is unemployment. In the entire course, I have also understood the various preventive measures to deal with this with the aim of reducing it. 2.Feelings- I felt enthusiastic as everyone in my research team was so helpful in my learning journey and in that my seniors directed me by leading one to one sessions for the purpose of clearing my doubts so that I can present the research in a better manner to have a clear understanding of the topic. In addition to this, I got feedback and advice such as to stay organized and ways to verify information from various sources. In my learning journey, I have also felt the finest learning experience as I absorbed significant learnings and information that will be used in my future. Also, before preparing for this research, I was not that disciplined as I was not able to manage my schedule properly. After preparing for it, I noticed my daily activities are now properly managed (Kuk and Holst, 2018).
3.Evaluation-At this stage,I got to acquire so many things from the research process and thoselearningswillbeaddedandimplementedinmylifeandfuture.Allsuch information allowed me to tackle various issues by making use of problem-solving skills that allowed me to have a clear idea of my strong point and weakness. I am able to present good value work on time and I am also able to make valuable decisions as per the circumstances. I was guided by my seniors through the journey by giving positive feedback that assisted me to bring changes and change my mistakes so that I can accomplish better and carry more chances for myself in the future. Earlier, I used to think that a learning journey is difficult but it was not as I followed all the set of instructions provided by my seniors for my overall improvement. Handling all the tasks used to make me anxious but now I learned the importance of urgent or significant tasks. 4.Analysis-After going through this learning stage of research, I was able to discover my area of weakness in which I need to progress. For example, I found a challenge in choosing the right methodology for my research and dealing with the data that I have collected. Another issue was in formulating the timetable, I noticed that it would assist me in proper time management of various activities as per the set limit of time. The formulation of the timetable was not an easy task and I got to know and understand the ways to improve my problem-solving skills as the world is moving quickly. I also examined that I can easily cope with myself by proper development and implementation (Savicki, and Price, 2021). 5.Conclusion- From the knowledge from the learning journey, I am now more confident about research and its topic which is unemployment. Furthermore, I understood the significance of teamwork and I also learned from others as it is also a way to become more self-assured by observing others. Bringing professionalism in the learning process of the research on a specific topic will tend to bring more improvement in the real world. Also, I will continue to keep myself planned by placing all the tasks managed and with the help of Gibb's reflective cycle, now I have better transparency in my opinions over various views, subjects, and topics in my knowledge procedure (Gratton, and Gratton, 2020). 6.Action Plan– The action plan is defined as the plan that supports my growth and overall development. In my next project, I will be choosing a proper learning style to design

ahead of my goals, I will choose to work with a group so that I will be more accountable and confident towards my decisions. In that plan, the parts and responsibilities will be assigned as per the abilities of the learners for a better outcome. With the help of guidance, I will be able to present my thoughts and feelings in front of others with full assurance. CONCLUSION From the above analysis, it can be said that the above-mentioned reflective model is a useful instrument that is utilized to enhance the overall performance in the research process. By making use of research opinion and the reflective model, I was able to perform better by saving my time and energy. In this module, I was able to elevate my level of knowledge by strengthening my understanding of the topic of unemployment.
