INTRODUCTION
To present a task there is need to a person have abilities and different types of skills
which can help to gain advantage on allotted task as per the requirements (Atanasov, 2015) .
When an individual person can apply their skills on particular task so it can help to know their
skills and efficiency to assess him self. There are different kind of person which have possess
skills to understand the nature of others in reference to getting advantage in related tasks. An
individual capabilities are based on the targeted tasks can be achieved. To perform in different
tasks a person can analyse in proper way and increased their skills to obtain predefined goals in
particular time period. The main aim of the particular report that crate a reflective report which is
based on the self experience and different scenario. In addition to evaluate of strength and
weakness regarding to various concepts with proper action plans with the support of personal
development plan.

Personal development plan is related to the operation group which are planned for
execute in our life. It can help to improve interpersonal ability and skills in order to personal and
professional life. The PDP plan is a systematic process that are related to action plan, in he plan
including values, beliefs, reflection, goal, determining and proper planing for development.
These development related to career, educations and relations for self improvement. The ability
of individual person based on two forms first is interpersonal skill and second is personal skill
that can support to decision making process regarding to different situations (Chesser‐Smyth and
Long, 2013) . Furthermore, in the subject to work in an organisation there are needs of some
proper knowledge, skills and experience to completed work with maximum result. The personal
development plan is advantageous in order to create skills in effective way to obtain required
goals and objectives. In the particular project basically discuss about the four skills which are
described below -
Assertiveness or positiveness ( Time management )
What is the Core skills?
Core skills are described as work development framework which is set of knowledge,
understandings and non technical skills. These skills help to participate in different works and

get success. There are including skills like time management, team working and self
assessment. Positiveness is the main ability which can needed to by an individual to develop
quality to being confident.
Why is this core skill important? Why did I select this skill to reflect on?
The core skill important to individual person to overcome from business entity that support to
improve the relation with their team member. With the help of these skills coordinate with all
members and sort out all conflicts. The positive skill of me time management on my reflection
and it is hard to keep positive and calm in some meaningful decision which is faced by in
office. It is one of the most helpful skill specially for me because it can bring positive changes
in my mental attitude and physical ways of talking. With the help f this skill improve my ability
of the work (Farnsworth and et.al., 2017) .

According to my opinion and view my current ability in the regarding of this skill is around
80%. After taken feedback from tutor and peer I have to work on my skills to much more
improve my work and manage all things according to time. In need to improve my skill in
positive way and remain cool at the work place. Time management skill help to manage all
activities regarding to team members and divided work in particular time period between
among employees. It is helpful to develop my positive attitude and behaviour so that I can put
my maximum efforts to accomplish the planned goals of a company. I can impress to my
seniors through my work in an organisations.
Can you identify any contradictions from your analysis above?
As per the self assessment I found that I am positive enough to handle other after my work thus
I give 75% to my time management skill. This thing has created contradictions with the opinion
of my tutors because they think that I do not have skill to manage all works according to
requirement. I can not manage a team in perfect way so as a result most of the work gone on
pending. It makes me aggressive most of the times so I can try to solve this and manage work in
time limit.
How will this skill help me in the future?
This skill will help me in future to impress my seniors to provide files on time in an
organisation. It will increase to performance level of all employees as well as expand to my

professional career regarding to productivity of my work. I can complete my all tasks on time
with full efficient and get appropriate result.
Team working
What is the core skill?
Team working skill can be defined the coordination between the individuals and their
collaboration during the work in an organisation to obtain a common goal and objectives
regarding to company. This results help to develop and improve relation ship with all team
members and leads to obtain sustainability in direct manner. It will intensify the ratio
productivity and performance of the individuals (Furth, 2017)
Why is this core skill important? Why did I select this skill to reflect on?
Work in team is very essential for an organisation because it can help to company to create
unity in between among employees and they can learn new skills from others. There are
providing a task in team which can help to learn new skills and share their ideas with their team
members to motivate other team members to perform their abilities in efficient manner. During
the work as a team member I can face many problems like hesitation and nervousness to
sharing my thought in the front of other team members. They can motivate to me for perform
my skills so that's why I can selected it as my positive skill. It provides effective way to
improve my abilities and help in growth my career.

competence?
According to my competent it is my strength and I feel it by daily routine. I have a good
communication skill which is helping to me for motivate other team members with my positive
vibes. In many cases I can not feel hesitated during to discuss about the task and my team
member. I am feeling strong during to communicate about the task and I can present my
thoughts in positive manner and influence to superiors. I consider that it is important to
communicate with them which is raised my confidence level. My tutors when analysed my
work they can appreciate my work and provide positive feedback to maintain it (Womble
Labbé and Cochran, 2013).

No, I can not found any contradictions after the analysis and evaluation because of the power of
inner strength is reflected as positive manner. It can motivate to my other team members to
work in efficiently and focus on your work. It can help to maintain positive relation with my
office mates regarding to tasks. To maintain strength of mine I have tried to communicate with
them in their language to improve connection with them and work efficiently together. They are
inspire to me for developing my strength (Hattie, 2014) .
How will this skill help me in the future?
The particular skill will surely help in develop and strong relationship with my team member
and on the time of task we can coordinate to each other. My team mates are from different
cultural background so I can learn different laungauge which is beneficial in future. As a result
it will help to achieve all desired goals from organisation perspectives and it can improve my
performance level as well as my interpersonal skills.
Negotiations
What is the core skill?
The core skill which is essential to develop in negotiation skill in the relation to settle an
individual conflicts in two or more individuals. For sort out the conflicts in between the group
members there is need to find out solutions and it can provide to an organisation.
Why is this core skill important? Why did I select this skill to reflect on?
To resolve conflicts and issues this skill is important for me as a result I can not give reflective
theory to solve any disputes. People can not influence by my own words (MARTÍNEZ and
et.al., 2012) ..

According to my own views my capacity can not to handle any type of conflicts that can arise in
an organisation. As a result there is chances to minimise of losses.

According to self assessment it is getting that I give only 30% on my this skill. From the point
of view my peers & tutors I can not properly resolve any type of conflicts. I can not
convenience easily to any team member through communication.

The particular specific skill provide advantage to find out quality solutions and I can avoid the
disputes in the reference to future activities. There is get opportunity to reduce losses due to
conflicts.
Public speaking
What is the core skill?
Public speaking skill is very important because with the help of this skill we can provide our
thoughts in front of office mates. It can help to individual to communicate with their views and
ideas in efficient manner. The particular skill provide benefits to present their views to the team
members in efficient manner. This skill is very impactful in the life of any individual and help
to accomplish goals and objectives regarding to company and self preservatives in their
professional career (McLean and et.al., 2016).
Why is this core skill important? Why did I select this skill to reflect on?
Public speaking is an important skill because of most people have not this type skills. To
communicate with people present ideas and views in effective manner in reference of an
organisation. It can deliver right things to right person but I can not easily share my thoughts in
front of m,y team members. I can select that skill because it is my weakness and I want to
improve in effective manner. It can help to enhances my career and potential capabilities for
enrichment of individual or an organisation.

According to my competent this skill is my weakness which can need to improve. I fell very
down when I can not share my ideas and views on particular topics and tasks. I assess it by
analysis of work done by me. Sometimes I can feel very low to communicate with team mates
which is a sign of my weakness. I can assessed it with compare or my daily working ability

with the help of mu superiors and mentors. My colleagues and tutors can help to improve the
ability to share though and views in front of everyone.

Yes I can found many contradiction on the basis of my analysis. It is clear that negative
contradictions are affect to interpersonal skills. There are need to work on my weakness in
order to reduce hesitations. On the time of discussion I can hesitate to communicate with my
team mates and some times loss my confidence in the relation of I and other see myself. My
tutors provide me feedback to how to improve my weakness and communicate in effective way.
How will this skill help me in the future?
After the improve of this skill it can help to present my thought and views in front of my
seniors so it good for improve my interpersonal skill. This skill can help to gain growth in my
career and achieve advantage as improve my confidence level (Seidman, 2013) .
