in a proper manner. In this present report, personal development plan is mentioned which help a
person in analysing its strength and weaknesses and also in using future opportunities to gain
competitive advantage in a dynamic business environment. In order to overcome weak areas,
report is going to be enclosed with personal development plan, which will makes a person
effective and efficient in managing business operations within in an organization.

communication skills. Positive attitude is very important for team work which can
influence employees as well. Team work also affect the employees by shared work
together. This skill is quite important for me as it will help me in working effectively in a
team and timely achieving goals and objectives as well. I have selected team working
skills because it helps me in reducing workload by getting supportive colleagues in an
organization. It also helps in achieving objectives or goals in the competitive environment.

Based on the feedback which was given by my manager and employees on the online

an organization in desired time frame. In the case of competences, I received positive
feedback from my team members and manager that I have to encourage my team members
