changes taking place within the environment I which they live. The development of a person is
very necessary because in this highly competitive world it is very essential for people to be
strong and competent (Aeon and Aguinis, 2017). The major reason underlying this is that for
working in a professional world it is very necessary for person to inherit good skills which make
them different from the other people. Hence, this will help the person in securing more effective
position within the workplace. Thus, for this there is requirement for the person to keep checking
all the updates which are taking place in the business environment and which are applicable to
the working of the person in the workplace. This is essential for the development of the person as
the learning of new skill will help the person in developing their own strength and then working
in more effective manner.
Hence, it is very essential for the person to understand oneself and also others working
within the workplace. This is necessary as if the person is not able to understand their team
members to the people working within them then they will not work in coordinated manner. This
is because of the fact that in the company there are many people who are more capable then the
person. Hence, to be competitive it is necessary for person to be attentive and continuously
learning. With the understanding of others the person will be able to learn their strength and

the work on basis of their priority. This means that the task which is more essential will be
scheduled first and which is not necessary will be taken at last. Thus, this will help me in
managing my work on time or before time.
