1. Skills and competencies using SWOT analysis and Personal Development Plan (PDP)
There are some major skills which I posses and are described with the help of SWOT
analysis -
Strengths — I am very good at communicating with people. Also, I am flexible at working and
responsible towards the work. These are my major skills which are being mentioned effectively.
Weaknesses — Inability to make decisions and due to poor time management I am facing many
issues. These are the major two weaknesses which I am going through.
Opportunities — There is opportunity for me to develop my time management skill and framing
effective decisions.
Threats — There is major threat to me in balancing professional and personal life. This becomes
major threat to me.
