TASK 3 1. Swot analysis- On the basis of Swot analysis it has been identified that I am good at communications skill that helps me to speak in class in regard to sharing or asking question with professors. Then this is also helped for building the confidence which is most important tool for the student in order to face the situation (Benzaghta, Erkan and Rahman, 2021). Also, weakness are related to team management because I am not able to manage the team on the basis of completing group project so that I have faced problem in this. The opportunity of mine is using interpersonal skill at organizations in future which help me to uses my communications skills in order to manage the conflicts and resolution skills. Lastly,the threat I can say that fear of public speaking which affect in future in the corporate world. Evaluating learning and developing theories Being as manager it is necessary to provide regulars training to employees in order to enhance their work. Learning and development training is important for aligning the goal of the employees and their performance with regard to organization. Those who are responsible for learninganddevelopmentsessionareresponsibleforlearninganddevelopmentinsthe organisation. This is also help for identifying the skill and gap for the employees and team which are need to develop and delivering the training for filling those gaps (Zinbarg, Williamsand Mineka, 2022). On the basis of different theories regarding learning and development which employees can improve their efficiency. Constructivists learning theory- In this theory learner can construct their knowledge ratherthanpassivelearning,also thisishelpfor buildingtheirown representationand incorporate new information into their pre-existing knowledge. The training and development sessions is related to improving the knowledge of digital marketing that is important for marketing team's employees who are new as well as prior (Oviawe, 2020). First of all with the help of this theory I have asked the team regarding their prior experience but and some question which helps to define their learning how's they can work on this, also I have asked normal question such as why digital marketing is important for organization and how it can be better. Then I have provided them different courses and hire team for digital marketing which are responsible for managing all the task. Further, for the employees I have arranged different session regarding their work so that they can learn news things. For the existing employees they will work on to enhance their knowledge which help the company in the near future.

Constructivism learning theory-This is the contemporary theory which help for exploring the importance of networks in how we learn and improving the knowledge. In this theory learner can show their experience in regard to building the own representation and incorporate for new informationin the pre-existing knowledge. In regard to organizations this theory will help for developing the knowledge regarding the setting goal. The goals are related to providing training to new as well as existing employees in order to improve their work and builds knowledge for digital marketing (Blemker, Milliron and Roberts,2020.). First of all I have hired the team that will provide 10 days training to employees but at the same times it helps to improving the digital marketing skill so that it can help for enhancing productivity of the organization. On the basis of this theory the first step is related to sharing the basis informations which help to construct the basic knowledge regarding how digital marketing work and what tools organization will use in near future. On the basis of this conversation I have analysed that existing employees have knowledge about digital marketing, but they don't know how the company will use in near future for improving the marketing process (Sekarwinahyu, Rustaman and Widodo, 2019,). Then I have evaluated on the basis providing them alternative solution and multiple experience regarding the resources which are necessary for learning about session. Also, trainer has provided them presentation and module which concluded all the relevant information. Also, it is easy for the learner to learn on the basis of pictures that is help more in order to provide better information. It is necessary in any training process that provide them task which help for evaluating their knowledge and in which area learners need improvement. On the basis of this it helps to encourage the learner to improve in better condition. Further, there were only two employees who need to work better because it helps to develop knowledge (Morris, 2020.). The another stage is related to embed learning in social experience by providing them collaboration. It is necessary to encourage those employees by providing multiple mode of representation on the basis of audio, text, etc. Also, it helps to encourage the employees in orders to construct the reflection and meta-cognition. 3. Gibbs model of reflection Gibbs reflective models developed by Graham Gibbs in the years 1988 that help for giving the structures of learning from experience. On the basis of presenting model it has been analysed that due to covid 19 there were all the mock test are taken online by institute which are
typical for the first time because there are different problems faced due to this in regard to internet issue not able to understanding the situations etc. Description-At the time of open book assessment it helps to use the technique of easily in examinations because in this is the best opportunity that get by student. By supporting the module student can use textbooks, notes internet, summaries etc. I have used this material in regards tos develops the knowledge and understandinOviawe, J., 2020.gs regarding pass in the examination. Feeling-The overall feeling was good at that time because its helps to organize the material which can be used in the assessment (Oviawe, 2020). Also, I have used and identified concept and formulas without wasting the time. Before exam started I was nervous due to covid I didn't learnt all the lessons but when I heard about opens books exam. It only takes couple of hours for doings the exam. At the end I feel guilty to not using my knowledges that I have used in examination. Evaluation- On the basis of evaluation I can say that the overalls experience was goods in order to participate in better manners. It also impacted positive on result but at the same time it affects due to not using appropriately knowledges by students. My professor suggested me to learn again all the topics because its can be helpful in nears future. This is also affected the personal learning method in orders to demotivated by their own in orders to not focus on traditional learning method. Analysis-It has been analysed that overall experience was good but due to this I have used my skill and knowledge by developing the skill of improving academic learning. With the support of literature review I have used my skill for passing in examinations. Also, I have collected all the modules before start the exam and it helps for used this material in regard to develop the knowledge and understanding regarding pass in the examination (Sekarwinahyu, Rustaman and Widodo, 2019). Further, for the mock interview I was very nervous at that time because this was thefirst time when I faced that type of situation. Also, I have seen some you- tubevideoswhichhelpsmeforbuildingconfidenceandatthattimeIcanusemy communications skills which is necessary for managing in order to face the situation. I have analysed that in the group interview there were team are dividing in order to segregates according to specific interest and field of student. Every student has his own learning which help to motivate each other. In thismodule I have also learnt about UK employment laws ins order
placingand make both employers an employee protected.Professor has taught regarding legislation, holidays, pay, discrimination etc. which are help to protect the worker and also this is safeguarding regarding the interest of employees. Conclusion- It has been concluded that overalls experience because it was the great opportunity that anyone can have in regard to develop knowledge as well as it also helps for buildings the strength. Action plan- For the next time I will prepare myself for by record all the summary of chapter and module taught in class because this is the most important method that help in the exam (Chng, 2018). It is not possible that every-time there will be open book exam so it necessary for prepare according to the all the module taught in class. Also, I prepare mock interview online and in college that help for being prepared. Kolb's model of reflection Kolb stated that it is help for involving the abstract that open the concept regarding flexible range of situation and this is helps for impetus for development in order to use the new concept. There are four stages in this model which are as follows: Concrete experience-This is the first stage of this model that reflect about my new experience which is related tos open book exam I never had that type of exam but the experience was good. Also, I improved my learning by UK employment legislation. Reflective observation of new experience- Both the experience are different from one another that help for developing the knowledge regarding new learning system. Also, for the mock interview I have realized that it is important to have new experience which help to develop knowledge and enhance my thinking. Active experimentation-This is the last stage that helps for modifying the concept of learnings in order to enhance my interpersonal skill with the help of mock interview.
