INTRODUCTIONReflective portfolio can be defined as a set of writing that helps in summarising theexperiences and insights of the students which is gained from the practical assignments.Reflective portfolio can be used to assess the student's engagement in their field of work and toassess its ability to make use of theoretical knowledge which is applied in for the personal andprofessional growth (Bodle, Malin & Wynhoven, 2015). Reflective portfolio is totally differentfrom traditional assignments as it allows an individual to explore its own learning process and italso as an individual to highlight its own opinions, personal perspectives and feelings.Reflectivebusiness portfolio can be prepared by the employees or entrepreneurs in order to develop areflective portfolio of self with working with others which can help the employees to asses theirskills and knowledge in a given course of time. This process will require an employee tosynthesise as well as build the information and many of the activities in the module for which anemployee need to critically reflect upon the module as well as its learning (Mitrega, &Pfajfar2015).
