learning measures for improving my knowledge and skills. I will follow various approaches and

working in team I will be able to take better decision which is essential for me as well as my
group of individual. My role in company is to make effective plan for employees in conflict
environment just to motivate and inspire all of them. I take good action and give positive respond
through identify the reason behind conflict in workplace.

Taking regular reviews from peers: The peer reviews will help me to have a good idea
