need a 1500 word essay on Challenges experienced as a new graduate nurse. My topic is DIFFICULT PERSONALITIES/CONFLICT. The issue is when I was working my first night shift and the senior nurse in charge would not help and ignored me when I was concerned with my deteriorating patient. The essay needs to identify and critically analyses the above topic and discuss strategies to assist your own development as a reflective practitioner in relation to this challenge. An interview needs to be incorporated between myself and a preceptor in regards to the above issue, with a short transcript provided (not included in word count) outlining answers to questions formulated.
